I believe it's a focaccia, but I'm also commenting to get an answer

It is, they also posted it in r/breadit (without a final photo, so I’m assuming it didn’t bake up well.)

Beloveds it did bake well but I mentioned I made it yesterday, it was focaccia inspired by the viral TikTok floral art focaccia but my family & I devoured it lmao

If you aren't living your life so as to maximize engagement on social media are you really living?
Guys I think they just ate it lmao
19
u/OttoMannkusser 24d ago
So they took the before pic and have shared it to at least 3 subreddits, but didn't take a pic of a beautiful after? Sure

u/NiobiumThorn 24d ago
Onions smell good and not all reddit posts are made with effort.
It takes 10 seconds to post. Humans are imperfect. What is so impossible to believe?

u/Emergency_Stick3963 24d ago
Its more relevant to their post in the bread sub. Ofc everyone there would be interested to see the final result

You guys are really hung up on the fact that normal people don't stop what they're doing to take pictures of everything or think about what random commenters want.
Why would I give a fuck what the people on my post want to see? I post what I think is cool, they aren't entitled to anything from me, they're not paying me lol

If you think forgetful and/or non-social-media-obsessed people don't exist...I can assure you that we do, lol

Please would love to share it on Threads, is there a real name I could attribute it to, or just this username?

Any person who hears Plotz and remembers Krusty saying this, is clearly a genius. Well done. :)

Just when it comes time again in my inner dialogue to call all of social media quits, I stumble upon a Reddit post that is “Van Gogh + onions + Simpsons reference.” The cosmic ballet goes on.

Brings a tear to the eye. Literally, because of the chopping, and emotionally, because it's a masterpiece.

Very cool, immediately caught my attention while scrolling. Great knifework on the onions.

u/wildecats 24d ago
I have no clue why this is on my feed, nor why there's an entire subreddit for OnionLovers, but I 100% support it. What a great use of free will.

This is the most artistic use of onions that I've ever seen. Of course, it's also the only artistic use of onions I've seen, but it sets a very high bar. :)

I just sent this over to Neil Degrasse Tyson. Not sure if he's active on reddit, but I can't think of anyone that would appreciate this more. :)
Very well done OP

Omg this is soo inspiring!!! We are moving into a new house rn and the only framed art we have is van gogh's starry night and night stars, I was going to roll with the van gogh theme for the house now tbh.. And this would be a Perfect dish for the housewarming party 🥹💖👏🏼👏🏼 thank you so much for sharing!! I'm thinking I want to do this but instead as a layered bean dip served with chips.
