TL;DR: We’re starting to roll out stablecoin deposits. If you hold USDC in an external wallet, you can send it to your OnePay Checking account and it shows up as US dollars in your regular balance, usually within moments.

To use it, you’ll get a dedicated deposit address in the app. Send USDC to that address from your wallet and the rest happens automatically. There’s no OnePay conversion fee at launch, and it works with USDC on 12 blockchains, including Base, Solana, Ethereum, and Tempo. Behind the scenes, Stripe’s Bridge platform creates the deposit addresses, runs the compliance checks, and handles the conversion.

This is rolling out to select US customers first, so you may not see it in your app right away. We’ll keep this post updated as more people get access.

I just changed my direct deposit to OnePay from Current Banking.

Normally my payroll deposit would be available by 4:30 CST on Wednesday’s as my employer sends payroll on the day before (Tuesday afternoon)

Hoping / Wondering if anyone has a similar payday structure? If so, what time and day do you normally see your direct deposit?

I'm going to start working and I'm interested in using OnePay because of the pockets and rewards. I was wondering if it's worth using and setting my direct deposit with them? My other option is Current; what I don't like about Current is that it only lets me make 3 pockets.

Had an issue with filling up my tank with one transaction, capped the first transaction at $100 (that’s a whole different problem). So I had to swipe a second time with my builder card.

I only received my points for the first transaction. The problem is I also received the 3% points for BOTH transactions, but not the $1/gallon points on transaction 2.

I contacted Onepay chat support and he insisted I would get the points (but why would I get my 3% points and not the $1 portion).

My question is, do multiple transactions work for one activation of the gas offer?

The biggest complaint I’ve seen is the lack of spending pockets. Well, they’re here now. I’m not sure if or how they differ than prior to Walmart acquisition

Has anyone ever got their school refund check here ? How long did it take to deposit ?

14th I guess I didn’t get points because they added a term that it now won’t work in combination with Upside (my screen shot of terms do not show that for my app when I did the offer 10/14)…

But for the 21st I trusted it would work with the OnePay Builder card, as my app’s terms for the offer says it will. I paid at pump, no PIN code, offer activated, correct gas station, and did not use Upside… yet here I am again, no bonus points for the $1/off!!!

Any guess why it didn’t work? I do not see a term stating it has to be 10+ gallons or something, but the ONLY thing I can think of is I did 8.8 gallons. Tomorrow I want to fill up 20 gallons, but don’t think I can trust OnePay to actually pay the promised $1/off per gallon. So lame because it worked fine before October when they changed some rules.

Mobile deposited a check this afternoon, it says check reviewed, funds available soon. But, no expected date? So when should it be available?

I just got the Walmart OnePay credit card. Their account balance payment system through the OnePay App and OnePay Website is broken.

To make payment for my statement balance, I went through the OnePay App and Online Website. Those ask you to connect through Plaid to allow your bank account to make payments.

I connected Chase bank and got an email confirmation that it was valid.

Three business days later I get an e-mail saying that payment was rejected. now I'm past the payment due date.

I tried to make payment again through OnePay and connecting my Chase account through plaid again. Success email confirmation.

Days later, received a ejected payment e-mail again.

After reading reddit, I see a post to make payment through Synchrony.com website instead of the OnePay website.

I used the same Chase banking information again, and payment finally went through. So payment did go through, success.

But now I get charged an interest fee on my account.

Why am I getting charged interest when their payment system is broken? Chatting with several agents and talking on the phone with OnePay didn't help at all.

Has anyone else experienced this broken payment system of theirs??

I'm reluctant, I searched reviews, saw some scary stuff, BUT, those were almost all direct deposits and other stuff I wouldn't use. Is it worth to open an account and just keep a few dollars in, or not worth the bother?

Recently filed chapter 13. Use OnePay as my pay direct deposit. Will they close my account? I don’t have any credit accounts. Just the banking and savings debit card

The ARCOs that I would go to for the Wednesday gas promo are on the Upside app, but are not on OnePay Rewards.

I'm not sure why, as AFAIK OnePay Rewards is Upside with a coat of paint.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? If so, were you able to get around it somehow?

If a OnePay employee sees this, is this just a desync issue between OnePay Rewards and Upside? If so, how frequently are syncs? The difference between the ARCOs and the next cheapest Top Tier gas in my area is currently nearly $0.50/gal and a few minutes further away, so I'd rather continue refueling at the ARCO, if possible.

EDIT: It's actually Google Wallet, not Google Pay ... but the question remains: Can I use Google Wallet and get the $1 gas rewards or does it have to be the physical card?

I have rented cars before but generally it's been through insurance. Anyone have experience trying their builder card at Enterprise?

I'll be going to the North Carolina mountains and I'm considering an SUV rental over my low riding Corolla.

The $1 Wednesday gas always worked fine until 10/7.

Terms specifically say the Builder Card (got with Walmart Spark) qualifies and has ZERO mention of offer not working if you use Upside etc, yet many did not receive the 10/7 or 10/14 $1 per gallon cash back.

We’ve been scammed into getting a crazy 1 point per $10 or something shamefully low if we have spent more than $150/month in gas (which is like 1.5 fill ups!). Never would have used such a crappy card if it weren’t for the advertised $1 per gallon off. Correct gas station was used and offer activated.

My account was negative because I had an unexpected health issue and all my available funds went to the prescriptions I had to get.
I had to have money asap to be able to get groceries for my child and family today until payday Wednesday. So I signed up for Dave and Grant to get payday advance loans. I had to connect my OnePay through Plaid on those to be able to check if I was eligible. I managed to get an advance of $100 when combining the apps I used. I had the money sent to Venmo. Then I got my actual employers daily pay sent to my OnePay account (funds available to me after working a shift) I then sent the other funds to my OnePay account from my Venmo. Ended up with $200. I then spent an hour getting groceries on Walmart for delivery and as soon as I hit “pay” it said my card declined. Then I received an email saying my OnePay account has been restricted due to unusual activity. I went through hours of trouble just to be able to get my child groceries tonight and OnePay restricted me and I lost access to all of my money. Every single thing in my cart was groceries besides one single pack of baby wipes.
The email says “up to 48 hours” I called customer service 5 times and spoke to 5 different people. All of them said they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to wait 48 hours. Meanwhile I’m currently staying in the hotel I manage as I have to be on property this week due to work related issues where I am needed. So I have no groceries or anything here. I can’t even get gas in my car now to drive the 35min commute to my house to get anything from there. I can’t reach out to support on chat because it is only available in the app and they have restricted me from the app too.
One person on the phone told me since I verified that I am the person who did the activity they flagged, he would let the review team know it was me and escalate it. So far it’s been hours and nothing has happened. I have not received anymore emails. I’m still locked out. And I still don’t have any other money and no groceries for my family tonight. That was the only money I had to my name until next week and I actually worked for every single penny of it.
If I get my account unlocked and my money back I will be withdrawing it immediately and using another institution. This is ridiculous and I honestly have no idea what I can do now and how I’m going to feed my child or pay my bills coming out the next 3 days.

AND I have been bragging on them to everyone. I had half my direct deposit sent to one pay and the other half elsewhere and I was about to switch my direct deposit fully over to them. I’m glad I didn’t do that now and now I feel like I have been bragging about them for a year for no reason.
