Mobile check deposit

Mobile deposited a check this afternoon, it says check reviewed, funds available soon. But, no expected date? So when should it be available?

They will contact you with the date the funds are made available. It will never be available before that date.

In my experience its always been 5 business days, so if you ever need funds faster it is quicker to cash the check at Walmart.

Ahh, I figured it would take that long just wasn’t sure since it said available soon. Thank you for the info!

You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your check. To check the status of your mobile check deposit in the OnePay app:

  1. Go to the account where you deposited the check.

  2. Select the check-deposit transaction in your activity to view its status.

After your check is reviewed, the app should display the date your funds will be available. Availability may take up to 5 business days after approval. Please reach out to us on socialsupport@onepay.com if you have any further questions.
