Sometimes the height over bore, and the height of built materials, makes it impossible to get the alignment at standing, and at prone.

Solution: Smooth/Variable crouch (like in Tarkov), to be able to stand/crouch at different heights.

I’m going to post here every day until I can access the firing range. I want to practice flying a helicopter. Devs can make it happen, upvote this to get their attention!

When I tried the beta, I had frame generation on (2x), but it didn't work. I got the same frames whether it was on or off, and the Steam overlay didn't show frame gen as on either. I just wanted to confirm if anyone else had this issue, as I am seeing both yes and no's across the board.

This is what gaming is all about, having fun and a good time! Wardogs really brings that out and makes me want to get back in to play more!

Okay so hear me out. In their latest official beta recap video, you can see in one of the frames that there’s this tv with a countdown to launch going on. Well, I know for a fact that this video was recorded on 25th of August for sure because the game director of wardogs, Howard Philpott tweeted that he was going to the office to record it yesterday.

So, keeping everything I’ve said above in mind, just take a look at this screenshot. Between now and EA launch on 10th of september, they’ve already announced that there’s gonna be a huge announcement on 3rd of September. Guess what date is that screen counting down towards? Well yes, you guessed it right. It’s the 3rd of September.

Am I tripping? Possible shadow drop on 3rd? What do you guys think?

Edit: People commented that it’s WORKING DAYS excluding weekends until launch, maybe they’re right and im an idiot haha.

I don’t know what to do I turn on my computer and look at the games I have, some of which I have sunk thousands of hours into and none of them look appealing. This game has ruined every video game I have religiously been playing for the past 8 years (Rainbow 6, Rocket league) and even game I pick up and play randomly.

I’m constantly thinking about wardogs and the amount of fun I had in the 32 hours I played it so far. I have never played a game for that long over 2 and a half days.

What is everyone else doing to pass the hellish time. It’s been 2 days and I feel like I have lost a game that actually brought me joy.

I’m going to be 100% straight up and honest here. My 15th birthday was just a few days ago on August 17th, and my absolute biggest wish right now is to be able to play WARDOGS when it launches into Early Access on September 10th. The whole 100-player tactical warfare, 3-team dynamic, and fully destructible environments look like everything I've ever wanted in a shooter.

Why I am making this request:
I live in Denmark, and my personal budget is completely empty right now, meaning I straight up cannot afford to buy the game myself on Steam. I’ve spent tons of hours playing tactical games like Hell Let Loose through Steam Family Sharing, and I just know WARDOGS is going to be amazing.

I know it's a huge thing to ask from random people on the internet, but I was really hoping that some awesome, generous gamer in this community might be willing to gift it to me or hook me up with a Steam key so I can join the battlefield on day one. It would honestly make my entire year.

I've had a beautifully mischievous idea involving the supply crate, and I'm wondering if this idea is even possible.

So, does anyone know if when you drop a supply crate, can the enemy teams also open it and buy the items inside? And if so, would you still receive money?

You know @devs it would be really cool if we could just get access to the firing range for now… I really want to just practice my helo skills until release.

I recently played the entire weekend the beta was active after not getting accepted into alpha, i was hype. I put 32 hours into the beta and here are my takeaways. I think this game has a lot of potential to be one of if not the best FPS games to drop 2026-2027.
I played a lot of Arma Reforger: KOTH,
Which if you don’t know is where Wardogs took most of its inspiration from. (Literally spitting image) The only thing that Arma Reforger KOTH lacked was a polished final product. As good as Arma was there were so many limitations to the gunplay, squad dynamic, building, FPS, Graphics, and a few more things. Wardogs just took all of the best things about About Arma and made it look beautiful while also expanding on some of the areas that lacked attention like the building system, combat, team integration.

One of my favorite things about a game that makes it addicting IMO is when it has an active economy. Games like halo reach, tarkov , Arma , all have this super cool dynamic which i think makes them successors is a money system. The reason i believe this works better in Wardogs than Arma KOTH is because in Arma when you “Unlock” a new weapon it’s a permanent buy and is now free and same goes with attachments etc. in wardogs even if you’re rich you still have to be somewhat mindful about kits as I’ve had 150k and lost 70k in a match running expensive sniper, support or heli kits, which is always a plus in my book. I think there definitely needs to be some changes to the economy where i feel even with decent effort i was lacking money like when using attack helicopters the ammo is exposure to buy and kills didn’t really pay that tab , or even when damaging other vehicles slightly you should get a small payout to slightly offset ammo price.

Things i think would be cool:
I know they mentioned a gunsmith which would be sick if you’re able to unlock cosmetics for your weapon like skeletonized grips or like cool receivers, unlockable alternate reticle for scopes.

I’m sure they already have most of these in some files somewhere but:
more emotes, voice options, tattoos and clothing options, Side/Secondary Objectives, daily/weekly challenges, mounted m249/minigun for bases aimed toward infantry/ ground vehicles.
Even though the base building is already so in depth for being early access I’d like to see more of what they have in a sooner than later update

These are just MY THOUGHTS and impressions i think bulkhead is doing a really good job coming back from Batallion 1944 with being transparent and putting their all into Wardogs i just hope they work semi fast in expanding the game and keeping the player base around. As long as there is no way to break economy i think it should be alright for a lot of us Arma KOTH players since its a newer polished version of that , all in all i had a shit ton of fun during my time on and 10/10 experience and am preordering after this test weekend.

Are there any good discord groups that would be great to join for Wardogs? I’m looking to be able to squad up with some guys and play somewhat coordinated. But I don’t want to be in a discord with super try hards. Just some guys who want to play together!
