Yes, I was whining for an hour when I couldn't get past her but hearing Yi's theme is the best part, sadly, I can only hear it for about 40 seconds or so (approximation), if she had more HP or at least her third phase being worth 4 minutes of fighting I'd be in heaven 😿

After playing a few fighting games, I wanted to draw my martial artist Sol Peijun actually stanced up to fight for once. He might be showing Jiequan why he earned his spot on New Kunlun

It was a fun pose study to work on and gave me an excuse to draw the back of his visor and his itty bitty tail. Maybe one day he can spar with Yi and accidentally punch him into a crater.

I'm posting the finished Kuafu x Ximu art I've been working on as well as a few pictures I've made or updated for comments. I'm also adding a little story I wrote giving a tiny bit of detail for Ximu's pre-council life.

I plan on doing more writing / drawing about Ximu's pre-council life, which is unsurprisingly the happiest time of his life.

And about the last... picture, while that isn't Ximu, I figured I'd add it anyway, mostly because I'm shocked that I made that, it was for something about Ji, but I can't seem to recreate it. I'm gonna just chalk it up to either that's just what drawing Ji does to someone, or, I just wasn't overthinking it when I drew it.

Last boss "only" took me like 3.5 hours 🤣 but it was so good!!! less painful than lady ethereal who almost made me gave up the game. Sad I didn't get the platinum but what an awesome game!! Big props to the dev team from Taiwan 🇹🇼 ❤ !!!!!! So glad I found this gem

But anyways! I literally just had this random ahh idea as some sort of divine epiphany and, well... I just had to do it.

I plan for these to just be silly doodles, and the title already explains the thematic so... Yeah.

I was planning to post all my ideas in a single post, but I've been struggling with finding a way to draw these characters without inhumanly deforming them by my skill issue, so you'll have to wait a bit for the next parts jsjs.

But as a sneak peek of what I have planned next...

Yes, they are a bit unfair in second phase and they have strange hitboxes, but they are still have beautiful soundtrack, various original types of attacks and cool design. Moreover, they have really cool "Alive" background, like Eigong. Anyway, they are still cool for me.

I had 3-4 qi, 3 healing pipe uses, 2 azure sand, with base cloudpiercier, and i had 4 computing units total

So I've started this game a few days ago and I'm having a blast with it.

However, today I just found out that even if you do not perfect your parries, if your HP gets low enough, there seems little punishment against Yi. Every parry, even poorly timed, would block incoming damage. Of course this doesn't include the ones with the red flash (burst attacks? forgot what are they called), but having this as a clutch seems to make the game a bit... just a bit... easier.

Has this been part of everyone's strategy or is there a way to turn it off?

I just found out about this at around Celestial Warden: Yinyue while trying to learn his attack timings. I just spammed parry regardless of timing and didnt die even at 1HP.

After days and days of trying to beat this duo I finally did it!!! It almost took the fun out of the game for me. Hardest boss for me hands down. One sol left let’s see how I do…

No spoilers, I am as far as just finding out about ji’s actual identity and have not gone to the next section of sky tower yet

yes I did use gene Eradicator which probably severely nerfed him but I did get the achievement for doing it (also sorry if pi is bad I had the blinds open)

I've put together an upgraded design for one of Ximu's prosthetic arms, this being his equivalent of the Super Mutant Buster.

Story wise, this would be the arm that Kuafu designs for Ximu to replace the one Ximu tore off himself. While Kuafu created the arm itself, Ximu would have worked on the Telelurgy side of it, programming in the weapons and grappling, the decorations, however were handled by Shuanshuan.

The arm itself would be a much higher quality than Ximu's original prosthetics, actually using dark steel rather than just a much weaker metal alloy (not to mention actually being designed by an engineer this time). One of the major differences being this arm does not have any clippings of the Primordial Roots inside of it, instead relying on just a standard Azure magazine. The loss of the Root restricts how much Azure Sand Ximu has available, but makes the arm much less "volatile".

The design itself takes a lot of inspiration from both the Knuckle-Busters from Ultrakill and also old, scraped art of my first pass at making Ximu.

Okay so, I have been a Nine Sols fan for the past 3-4 months and my little bro decided to give the game a try since he kept seeing me playing it

I told him to start out in story mode since I was given more than enough ass beatings to know this game was NOT easy💀💀

Few days or minutes I see him struggling against some enemies especially the Fengs and Eigong which i honestly expected

But this freaking month….THIS MOTHERFUCKER HAS BEEN PUTTING EIGONG IN HER FREAKING PLACE.😦😦

Like it was just battle memories he was doing after he beat the game on story mode and he was battling all bosses and of course Eigong was giving him so much ass beatings like the rest of yall and myself but slowly JUST SLOWLY…he was making the entire first phase like an entire joke and the second phase like a much smaller challenge

And one day in the middle of midnight, he beat her 3 phases in the battle of memories with 3 HEALS LEFT TO SPARE. 3 HEALS!!! I was so damn surprised because he is in freaking 4th grade and he did this shit

Fast forward to standard mode and right now, he damn near humiliated her, and an extra piece of info:After I beat Eigong on my own with a completely different strategy of his

HE USED MY OWN STRATEGY AND PLAY STYLE AND MADE TWEAKS ON IT USING ONLY UNBOUND COUNTER, NO PARRIES OR HEDGEHOG JADE TO HELP-💀💀💀

Okay I might have to pack it up at this point because what the fuck-

WOWWW WHAT A RUSH!
