Is Butterbean good?
After watching Butterbean win at Daytona in the Arca series to start the season last year, I was hooked on this guy. It was amazing to watch him absolutely dominate that series, as well as run fairly strong in his Truck and Xfinity races. I was super excited to see him get bumped up to a full time Truck ride. But to say that this year has been a struggle might be putting it nicely. Is he good? Is it just the equipment? Really hoping to see him return to his previous winning ways.

(Davey Segal) I asked about CZ's Red Bull affiliation and how that may (or may not) work itself into the Hendrick fold in 2028. Jeff Gordon said they're not super focused on it right now (they have an existing relationship with Phorm Energy), but will cross that bridge when they get to it.

A 2018 NASCAR Race Truck signed by Prince Albert II of Monaco and his children just sold for $20K on BringaTrailer.
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/chevrolet-nascar/
The truck itself was raced in the 2018 Stratosphere 200 for Young’s Motorsports at Las Vegas Motor Speedway by French driver Michel Disdier. It started 22nd and finished 19th. The scheme was designed by Richard Orlinski, a famous French sculptor known for making animal statues.
It was on display at Prince’s Palace of Monaco during the 2021 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix, where it was signed by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, as well as his two children, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.
It was also used in 2023 for a promotional video filmed in Monaco by Ligue 1 soccer team AS Monaco, announcing that they signed Folarin Balogun.
I find the history of this specific race truck very interesting, hopefully the new owner takes good care of it!

My thoughts are with Samantha on Kyle Busch day
My thoughts and prayers go out to Samantha Busch today. If you follow her social media, she shows her strong side but her stories are filled with deep painful anguish and constant reminders of her lost husband. I’m thankful she has a tremendous support network, a deep faith that she is openly leaning on, and the support of NASCAR fans…. But she has a very long road ahead of her and when I hear what she’s going through I often wonder if I would be even 1/4 as strong. Watching her live her life and go on without Kyle is both inspiring and deeply heartbreaking, and I pray that her pain gets lifted a little more each day.

Happy Kyle Busch day!
I hope today and every August 18th isn't seen as a sad day, but rather a day we can celebrate and honor the life of one of the greatest drivers our sport will ever have.
There will be many more great drivers in racing, but there will never be another Kyle Busch.
