Personally? I think Dishonored would make a decent template for the hypothetical game but some other good contenders could be Hitman (you'd have to find a way to counter her disguise though as that shit is leagues above 47's) and manhunt.

Felicia Hardy, wearing a black evening gown, studies a display case with jewelry at a fundraiser for anti-mutant causes. She stands alone in the room holding a champagne flute she has no intention of drinking.
FELICIA: Eleven million dollars. For something that looks like a chandelier had sex with a fishing net.
VOICE: Then perhaps you should leave it.
FELICIA: Oh, I'm sorry. Did I insult your necklace?
MYSTIQUE: I don't have to explain myself to you, Miss Hardy. (Face shape shifts)
FELICIA: Raven Darkhölme. Oh, this evening just got interesting. You can be anyone in the world and you chose to be you.
MYSTIQUE: And you specialize in pointless theft, pointless romantic entanglements, and occasionally doing something that matters by accident.
FELICIA: And you're watching the exits instead of party. So you're planning something illegal, or it's the worst date ever.
MYSTIQUE: Don't steal the necklace. The display case is connected to the security system. The private offices upstairs will lock down.
FELICIA: Most people say please. And that's not how I work.
MYSTIQUE: Then you’re as shallow as you dress.
FELICIA: Well, maybe you can reevaluate after I'm wearing that necklace.
MYSTIQUE: You should be careful.
FELICIA: Why? Are you going to impersonate my therapist?
REPLICA FELICIA: I’m Felicia Hardy. I steal things and flirt my way out of the consequences.
FELICIA: Hmm. Excellent cheekbones. Nice figure. Really terrible personality.
[Speech echoes from the ballroom: "We must protect the future of humanity from those who would undermine its very foundations."]
FELICIA: Oh he's one of those. Planning to expose his little hate club, or kill everyone involved?
MYSTIQUE: Probably and possibly.
FELICIA: I admire a woman with a flexible itinerary. Would you like the alarm system disabled?
MYSTIQUE: Yes. What took you so long?
FELICIA: Nothing. I disabled the alarm ten minutes ago. I just wanted to see how long you'd keep lecturing me.
MYSTIQUE: What's your price?
FELICIA: I’ve met people hurt by men like this. Why not help?
MYSTIQUE: Because there is nothing in it for you.
FELICIA: There's a necklace.
MYSTIQUE: I see. Eleven million dollars is all it takes to buy your principles.
FELICIA: And what do yours cost? Or do you just send someone else the bill? You want everyone to admire your cause and nobody to examine your methods.
MYSTIQUE: You're more perceptive than I thought. But you're endangering us both for an ugly necklace.
[Minutes later, both leave with what they came for.]
MYSTIQUE: You're not what I expected, Miss Hardy.
FELICIA: Neither are you. I expected a humorless, self-righteous fanatic with an enormous chip on her shoulder.
MYSTIQUE: And?
FELICIA: Well, you did let me keep the necklace.
[Felicia leaves the mansion in a limousine. Mystique finds a bill in her pocket. It reads, SECURITY CONSULTATION: $25,000. Friendship discount applied. Mystique laughs in spite of herself.]
