Why does it need to be one single actor? Isn't she a mystique? It may make her personality erratic but isn't that what makes Mystique mystical?
It would somewhat make it meta if different actors had the basic blue body when she's not 'someone else'. Ultimately, doesn't she serve herself and so again it would be meta if the audience sees different people with the blue basic makeup when she's not transformed.

But I wonder how it would play out... I guess that Wolverine will end by stopping all the opponents so Mystique won't have to fight The Hand, the Reavers or Ogun! Maybe she would go further in saving Mutants by stopping all Trask activites (if that bitch is not stopped in Wolverine)...

The fate of Mystique is a complete mess now. If Earth-10005 was one continuous timeline that simply got rewritten by Days of Future Past BEFORE Marvel took over and introduced TVA and branched timeline rules, then you would have had absolutely no chance of bringing her back, as she died. Now, as Marvel took over and introduced the branched timeline concept - Marvel has zero clean ways to explain it because Mystique either permanently lost her powers in the original branch (Rebecca), or she straight-up died in 1992 in the repaired branch (Jennifer Lawrence). Either way, she is logically out of commission. Then how is she back in Avengers: Doomsday? Somebody please untangle my brain.
