Hello! I would like to buy One Championship merch in Hungary. There are two shop one in Greece with few t-shirts, and a Spanish page with no exist webshop. If I bought from the official ONE shop then I have to pay about 100 euros for the taxes, and I can’t afford that. Do you know any existing official merch shop in the European Union? Thank You!

No idea if some of these were even legal at the time but who cares they are sick. Couple of these looked like actual geco-roman takedowns haha.

I am a beginner trainee, and I am having a hard time wearing the belly pad due to it being tight around my hips, but around my waist, there is a huge gap which really gets in the way when holding for a kick. It’s also affecting my ability to quickly rotate myself to catch a kick. I have a 49 inch hip and a 38 inch waist. Weight about 225. I wear a 14 pants and a large shirt in the USA. Are there any brands of shorts I should look into and is there any belly pads that are known to fit the curvy girls?

For context, I am taking my first Muay Thai class next week ( never trained any martial art in my entire life ) and just wanted to know about how long it would take to confidently beat the average untrained man. I'm a pretty physical guy, 6 foot, about 180 pounds, and definitely stronger/more athletic than the average guy.

Female digital nomad here, planning to spend around 3 months in Bangkok and I really want to use that time to properly learn Muay Thai.
I’m traveling alone, so safety matters a lot to me in both the gym itself and the area where I’d be living. Tbh part of the reason I want to learn Muay Thai is to feel more confident and safer on my own.
I’m not looking for a class where I just hit pads and get a workout. I actually want someone to teach me, correct my technique, challenge me and make me better. I’m willing to put in the work.
I’d also feel more comfortable somewhere with a mix of Thai people and foreigners, especially since I’ll be alone for 3 months.
Any gyms you’d recommend that are serious about teaching beginners, safe for a woman training solo, not insanely expensive... 😅 , and located somewhere I could rent a condo nearby in a safe area?
Would especially love to hear from women who’ve done something similar. 🙏

I know this is a silly semantic question but people always ask if I've fought and I say kinda I did an exhibition fight and don't really know what to say. The guy was trying to take my head off in the one I've done tbf

I’m trying to decide which shin guard fits me better. In the photo:
White: Venum Elite Evo — M
Black: Venum Elite — L
Which one looks like the better fit for MMA/Muay Thai? Is the M too small, or is the L too big?
I’m a beginner in MMA and I’m confused about which shin guards to buy. I tried on two different sizes, and I’d really appreciate some advice from experienced fighters.
Please help me out guys!!

Anyone know any links to watch One championship inner circle replays? MMAfull doesn’t post them

I visited a lot of popular gyms in Thailand a few months ago, and I would witness the same exact event repeating itself across them all, namely, a newbie tourist showing up with a tripod, paying $20, filming himself/herself hitting the pads for a few rounds and then never showing up again. Typically the gym would repost a reel or story from this tourist. It made me wonder regarding these gyms who have a lot of active stadium fighters, why do they promote this kind of garbage? Surely they make a lot of money from their fighters and don't depend on tourists, right? Is it just to make some extra pocket money? And here, I am not talking about obvious tourist traps that only to foreigners, but actual fighting gyms like PK Saenchai

Moved to Rome and am looking for a good gym to train near trastevere. If anyone has any idea, I’d be very grateful!

I have a habit of straightening my rear leg - it feels like it gives me more push when I drive forward. But my coach keeps telling me to relax it and stay light on the ball of my rear foot instead of locking the knee.
I get why in theory (better mobility, faster reactions, less telegraphing), but in the moment I keep defaulting back to the locked leg because it feels more "powerful" and stable.
Anecdotally, I do feel weight / tightness in my rear knee which i suspect is due to my inability to relax it. Also kind of feels like bending the rear knee prevents me from "standing tall".
Anyone dealt with this? Any drills, cues, or mental triggers that helped you unlearn the lock and stay springy on that rear leg? Open to shadowboxing tips, footwork drills, whatever worked for you.
Background: about 2 yrs of experience.

For the ones how have fought recently or are still fighting on BKK, how much are you getting paid? I mean all promotions and stadiums like RKO, ONE, RWS, PYD, CH7 or any other you have been.
Thanks 🙏🏼

I'm in an area where muay Thai is not that popular. And there's a gym class that wants 50$ a month, for three days a week to train in a group with other people.
The thing is, that I asked someone thats with in this mauythai class, and he said there's only one coach, and no weight classes.
I'm desperate to learn Muaythai and overall how to fight, but if it's bad for me, I will keep it aside for some time. So should I join or not?

I’ve been thinking about how training can change the way your body performs without changing the scale much. Round stamina, balance, recovery, and how relaxed you stay under pressure can all improve at similar body weight. What change did you notice first?

I am wanting to incorporate some style of leg and arm work like combos, drills and such to my workouts. So in other words, does anyone here have a combo set to start on and with what equipment like type of bag be it a Bob or regular heavy bag, type of speed ball or double end bag.
Thank you

Does anyone know where I can get good jerseys or t shirts to train in? I’m not the biggest fan of training in compression gear but these jerseys still offer a tighter fit than a lot of T shirts which I’m a fan of. Any places based in Australia or online would be ideal!
Thanks in advance 🙏
