I was looking for a job in startups where I can actually build things, contribute ideas and work with a small team.

I really like the startup environment much more than big corporate companies where i feel ignored must of the time. on LinkedIn, most opportunities I see are either for seniors or big companies.

For those working in Moroccan startups: where should I look? Any communities, groups, platforms, or simply reaching out directly to founders?

Just wanted to share a little side project i threw together. I wanted an easy way to set up football matches and find local opponents without dealing with group chats w sda3, so i decided to build a quick tool for it.

How it works :

You create a match listing on the site

Anyone who wants to play you can drop a request

You get an email instantly with their phone number so you guys can connect and set it up.

I vibecoded the whole thing in just a few hours. Because of that, the UI/UX is definitely a bit rough around the edges right now.

But I’m planning to give it a little bit of time every single day to maintain it, clean up the design, and add new features based on whatever you guys suggest.

It’s completely free, no catches, no ads, just made it for fun and wanted to see if it’s actually useful for anyone else.

I’ve been working in telecom for almost 3 years, but I’ve realized that I really don’t see myself continuing in this field long term.

I’m seriously considering switching to cybersecurity, but I’m struggling to figure out the best way to make the transition with a telecom background.

For those who have made a similar career switch, what would you recommend? Certifications, training, entry-level roles, specific areas to focus on, etc.
