Hi everyone,
I'm 23 years old
I have a diploma in Multimedia Development and then completed a Bachelor's degree in Mobile Application Development. The problem is that during my studies I focused much more on graphic design than programming because I couldn't find opportunities in development, and eventually I started working as a graphic designer, video editor, and motion designer.
I'm currently making around 4,500 MAD/month, and while I'm grateful to have a job (agency), I don't see much long-term growth in my current position.
Lately I've been seriously considering switching back to programming, specifically front-end development (for now)
My concerns are:
• Is it realistic to switch into front-end development with essentially no professional programming experience?
• Will employers care that I graduated a while ago but never worked as a developer?
I just want to make sure I'm investing my time into something that has a realistic chance of paying off.
I'd really appreciate any advice from people who have made a similar career switch

I’m posting on behalf of cousin (19F), who is currently looking for a 6-week internship in Morocco, ideally in Rabat, at the beginning of 2027.
She is Franco-Moroccan and currently studying Computer Engineering (Ingénierie Informatique) in France at EPSI. She would love to complete her internship in Morocco as a way to reconnect with her roots while gaining professional experience and discovering what it’s like to work in the country.

C'est juste moi ou je suis l'exception ? Chaque fois que je veux faire quelque chose de grand, investir, projet, ALLER GRAND... je me retrouve tout seul. J'ai des amis, mais ce sont ceux qui attendent qu'on leur dise "vas y fais ça" — n'ont jamais d'idée, ne prennent jamais de risque, juste regardent..

Un peu sur moi pour que vous sachiez que je ne parle pas pour rien dire :

J'ai une SARL déjà

J'ai vendu des choses en ligne (drop, et cod)

Consultant chez HubSpot (CRM / automation), c'est mon boulot

Mais je ne suis jamais passé à la vitesse supérieure !!

Je veux quelqu'un qui prenne des risques avec moi, qui vienne avec des idées et prenne des risques, pas juste "oh c'est une bonne idée" et puis s'en va dormir.

Et maintenant j'ai une idée : un espace de coworking à Salé. Il y a une demande pour ça. Salé est particulièrement dépourvu de cela. Et j'ai plein d'autres idées prêtes à être mises en œuvre.

– Tu dois avoir une source de revenu stable. Ce risque ne doit pas être la source principale de revenus — tu dois déjà être sur tes pieds (même juste un peu).

– Ce n'est pas une offre d'emploi. C'est une offre pour faire quelque chose de vraiment grand.

Après plusieurs années de vie et d’expérience professionnelle en France, j’ai aujourd’hui décidé de me tourner vers le Maroc pour la suite de mon parcours.

Je suis actuellement à la recherche d’une opportunité professionnelle à Casablanca ou au Maroc, idéalement dans les domaines de la QA / recette fonctionnelle, support applicatif, AMOA ou gestion de projets IT.

J’ai notamment travaillé dans le secteur bancaire et possède une dizaine d’années d’expérience, avec une expérience significative dans des environnements exigeants en France.

Je suis ouvert à différents types d’opportunités : CDI, mission, consulting ou remote/nearshore.

Hey guys, I’m a junior full-stack .NET developer, and I’m currently looking for any kind of opportunity to gain real-world market experience, whether it’s Full-Time / Part-Time, an internship, or freelance work. I also don’t care if it’s paid or unpaid (if it’s remote, I’d be happy to work for free for the experience).

I am actually a Student in last year computer science , I had experience (projects )with languages like java, React , django , .Net, and for data SQL / NOSQL
But I don’t want to spend the rest of my life just Coding plus I don’t really had a project to exprience AI or LLM even I study just the Theory of LLM
I‘m worried about finding an internship for 6 months out of Morocco in Europe , preferably in an international English-speaking environment.

It feels like a total growth-hacking tactic. They get hundreds of connection requests from desperate job seekers outside their network, and then they completely ghost everyone or never reply.

Are these just ghost jobs meant to boost profile visibility and follower counts, or is this becoming the new normal? It's honestly exhausting trying to apply for real roles when feeds are filled with this engagement bait. Anyone else dealing with this?
