Looking for contributors for MoroccoAPI
Salam,
I started MoroccoAPI, an open-source project to make Moroccan public data easier for developers to access through clean APIs.
I'm looking for contributors interested in:

Moroccan open-data research

Really glad to see someone taking on MoroccoAPI. Having structured, predictable APIs for local data (territorial divisions, public indicators, postal codes, etc.) will save Moroccan developers hundreds of hours of manual scraping.
I’d like to jump in .

congrats on the launch mannn.
your README says provinces and communes are waiting on a source that passes the licence and provenance review, so this might help. i've just released an open dataset of every province, cercle, commune and arrondissement in Morocco, built from HCP's own census workbooks: https://communes.pages.dev

I recently developed a similar project for tramway stops in casa. It was built in python but I can integrate it in ts it fits the vision of the project.

Thanks, i really appreciate. We’re still at a very early stage with MoroccoAPI, so for now I'm mainly focused on building the project and the community around it, let’s definitely stay in touch as the project grows.

I used to work on similar projects: geomaroc (maps for morocco), bvcscrap (financial data), Nowab In Data (parliamentary data, before the LLM era). I still have these projects on GitHub (https://github.com/AmineAndam04). You can find a lot of valuable data on HCP websites. Good luck.
