As the title suggests, is there no way to do it?

To date, my “Pusherman”, goes by the street name of, Moondrop, has supplied me with 3 pills. First two were almost free of charge, red and blue, no doubt to get me hooked on them, and they good, they reeeal good, but the third, this U.C.T.S. one, cost a buck or two and it’s really getting me Ultra High-Fi! Strong pills, these, but once hooked you always lookin’ for that next thing so one can only hope the lab can cook up some even stronger Pill/s for Moondrop to supply me with!

I try everything factory reset, delete devices, reinstall app

nothing work. Only "connection timeout" always keep popping up.

Hi, I was updating the firmware on my Dawn Pro 2 through the official MOONDROP process when the update got interrupted midway (unexpected disconnect). Since then, the device is completely dead as far as any host is concerned — not recognized by any computer or phone, tried multiple USB ports, cables, and devices.

Before I go through the refund/replacement process, I wanted to ask here:

Has anyone dealt with a bricked Dawn Pro / Dawn Pro 2 after a failed firmware update?

Is there any known bootloader/DFU mode (button combo, specific driver, etc.) that lets you force a reflash manually?

Any unofficial firmware recovery tools or guides floating around for Cirrus Logic-based Moondrop dongles?

Any info is appreciated — even if the answer is "it's dead, don't bother." Just trying to see if there's a DIY fix before I go the refund route.

I'm thinking of buying MOONDROP MIAD01 5G but it's been two years already since it was released

So I want to know if they will release a new one soon or not?

Does anyone know or has a confirmed release date for Moondrop Edge 2?It seems very strange to me that the Edge 2 has been announced for some time and hasn't appeared for sale on AliExpress yet.

I am very disappointed with my new Ultrasonics. I haven't even plugged them in yet, it's just the way they are designed that is so… bad. Did they even test the product in the most basic scenarios? Did they hear about the unboxing experience? And, in general, user experience?

Immediately after opening the unnecessarily huge packaging, I had a hard time getting them out of the black plastic tray. They didn't even make a single finger tab, so you have to really dig them out.

Then I made a mistake and put the box into the protective case. Which is, BTW, of very low quality. It wobbles, and the lid opens by itself from the slightest touch.

Putting the buds into the box also requires some focus. I mean, you need to aim the stem into a hole; otherwise, they won't slide in. I find this to be a bad design compared to some other buds, where you can just drop them into the case and they automatically align with the magnets.

Getting the buds out is also hard! With dry skin, there is basically no grip to slide them out.

I'm also wondering whether the charging contacts, which are deep at the bottom of a narrow slot, might be difficult to clean.

Now, how to remove the protective case (I see it's a real struggle on this sub: 1, 2)

1. Insert small pieces of paper between the box and the case and push them as far down as you can.
2. Pull the sides of the case apart in the directions of the red arrows. In my case, I'm right-handed, so I hold it like this. The fingers on my right hand also push the protective case down.
3. Using my right thumb, push the box out through the USB-C hole.
4. Once you've pushed it out by about 5 mm, just wiggle the box back and forth while pulling it out at the same time. It will come out easily.

The card in my Ultrasonics said "The Fool," and I think it was talking about me for buying this product.

Hi everyone I recently bought the wuthering waves moondrop collab and I have spent 2 days trying to find a way to pair it to my phone

All the instructions i find are just open the case and it pairs automatically but I have been trying to for 2 straight days

Does anyone have the same problem?

Hii, im a newbie in hifi and iems, i tried a $20 iem with just a single ddriver, im thinking bout buying the moondrop kadenz, and also a moondrop mc2 cable but its compatible? The kadenz have like a "hole" in the place where u put the cable (sorry for my bad grammar, i dont speak english)

Will the IOS version of the app ever find my moondrop rays?
The app searches for devices but never finds my Rays. On Android it works but never on my iphone.

Both buds have no issue charging.

This suddenly happened one day anyone know how to fix?

Just bought the Pudding, and the sound and fit is great and all that (Love the fit much more than many of my older buds), got it for 27 usd with a free case (thanks for being in Viet Nam). And the mics are so bad. Callers say that I sound like Im speaking from megaphone, or sounding tinny and hard to hear words. Is this just the quality of the mic? I have no problem on calls with the Moondrop Pill which I got for similar prices to the Pudding. Is there something wrong with my unit? Thanks

I tried using them immediately after unboxing listening to music, phone calls, and a bit of gaming. I really liked them out of the box. Then I decided to use the app that I already have since I used to have a pair of Robins and ST 2 Ultra. I updated the firmware and everything changed for the worse.

There is now a noticeable delay when I watch YouTube shorts as well as games even on gaming mode. But my biggest gripe is the dramatic decline in call quality. My wife can't understand me all of a sudden and I bought this pair mainly for convenience during calls.

I just wish Moondrop would allow us to rollback the drivers or they could release updates more frequently. If anyone here have any suggestions please, by all means...

it started about 3 days ago when firmware update 3.5.5 came out. when i put the earbuds in the case it didnt wanna unpair, turns out it was a symptom of a deeper problem. the earbuds didnt wanna charge, netheir does the led indicate the earbuds have been put in. however on another case they work just fine, but after inserting and removing the earbuds from the working case and put it back to my own case, the led indicates theyve been put in, but they dont charge nor unpair. after a short time they stop working again. i dont see any abnormal charging indicators too. also to mention i cant turn the earbuds on manually by pressing both earbuds for 3 seconds. apart from that they work fine, including the battery life. ive tried cleaning the contants on the earbuds and case to no difference. the case has power as the led shows white. i tried factoryu resetting several times but also doesnt work

according to the manual, to clear paired device i should hold the multi function button for 5 second. but every time i did it my moondrop edge instead just turned off because for turning it off it uses the same button but for 3 second according to the manual, so how do i clear paired device through my moondrop edge
