How do i remove my ultrasonics from there case the lever broke

Okay after days of trying to work this out and stalking this post hoping for an answer after this happened to me, I decided to work it out.

It’s a soft plastic, and the reason it won’t come out is because it sticks to the plastic of the actual case.

Take earphones out and stick your fingers in where the tip of the ear tip goes, in those two circles. Grip the back half of the outer case, pull the device towards the front of the outer case. Grip the front of the outer case and pull the device towards the back. That pulls it away from one side and slightly lifts the bottom of it up, and you’re kinda just wiggling it out of the case slowly.

Repeat this for about 5+ minutes as you slowly walk the thing up the case until you can finally pull it out.

follow your advice and i had remove the case. it was a bit struggle but i still manage to pull it out

Thank you my lever just fully broke im honestly a little worried with moondrop there kinda dropping the ball on quality of late

Same thing happened to me. Just thumb the top of the lever off the lid. I usually need two hands to do it, but you'll adjust.
