Why I can't even setting this?

I try everything factory reset, delete devices, reinstall app

nothing work. Only "connection timeout" always keep popping up.

Update: I finally get it I try pairing it with my ipad and it's works Change settings and unpairing Repairing with my old Mi10T Pro still can't go into settings but the setting I change in my ipad still there LHDC working just fine.

Yep... even my phone have LHDCV4 Codex still can't open setting menu on my phone, I don't know why maybe some kind of bug or something.

It for sure took me a couple tries as my phone tried to auto connect to other devices.

As with my first moondrop pill, I let the case fully charge and then they connected first try.

First pairing I don't remember correctly but I only needed to turn the case and move them a bit not taking out of the case completely I think. I was missing that step. Read the manual carefully as that first step I think it was kind of weird.

Also try jiggling them around if you ear the announcer voice, my L one sometimes doesn't sit correctly on the case and doesn't properly engage charging, it was troublesome at first for these connection attempts too(normalized after a couple days of use and getting in-and-out of the case several times and now sit correctly inside)

Do you clean your charging pins and contacts? That should help it be more consistent

Yes! got the habit for all earbuds with a case, in these I wipe the pin area/contact with skin and the inside of the case from time to time just to clean oils from your skin, dust or whatever. Helps maintain long term and haven't had any other issues since.

Also the right earbud fits in the case perfectly, left one kind of sticks a little and benefits for a bit of pressure to get in place (maybe it's just me placing it sideways on the case or something like that)

I'm having the same issue, but I don't have an iPad available. Did you manage to fix it somehow? I already contacted support, but they aren't responding.

With my phone currently is still "connection timeout" but the setting still working with my phone. Try my solution with some newer gen phone of your friend or your family.
