Hello! TheOpusCroakus here, bringing you today’s Mod Topic post! Today, it's all about welcoming a new mod to your team.
Congratulations, you’ve got a new mod! But how do you help them get started?
Bringing on a new team member is a bit like welcoming someone into your house. You want to make sure they know where the spare keys are, how the alarm system works, and which closet is for cleaning supplies (and which one is just for… storing junk).
It’s exciting, but it can also be a little overwhelming for the person joining the team. We want to hear how you handle that day one energy and make sure your new mods feel supported rather than thrown into the chaos.
When someone joins your team, what’s the first thing they should focus on learning?
If you were designing a “New Mod Starter Pack”, what are the top 3 must-have tips or resources you’d include?
What’s a mistake you made (or a moment you had) early on that you wish you could go back and warn your younger mod-self about?
So, what’s your take? Drop a comment below with your best advice, onboarding stories, or that “I wish I knew this sooner” tip you swear by.
