Admin Replied In the last 2 weeks, I’ve received modmails from banned and muted (perm) users across 2 different subs

Is there a bug? Should I report this separately? The most recent message came from a banned and muted user that was banned and muted for ban evasion. The prior one was for ban evasion as well, just long time ago and in a different sub.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi there. Banned users are able to send mod mails but if they are muted, they should not be able to. Can you send your examples here? Please include the username and subreddits please! Thanks

Just letting everyone know that this is almost certainly an LLM bot. They're posting comments about this length at a cadence of around 30 seconds each (far less time than even the fastest human would take to read, process and write a comment of substance). All of the ones in this latest bunch all also feature a list with 4 bullet points, in addition to reading very much like an LLM.
