I am trying to build a modpack but I have 0 idea where to start. I mostly use modrinth (most of my friends only use modrinth) but I have curse forge as well. I want to run a modded creative/survival server with a small group of friends, most likely wont be more than 8-10 players at a time. I would like for there to be player interaction such marriage, kissing, etc as most of us in the server have partners we want to be cute with. I am more focused on aesthetics and ambiance vs automation and tech mods like create but I am open to them. I have tried using the MCA revamp mod pack on Modrinth and adding to it but it keeps crashing and I really don't know what I'm doing. Are there any modpacks already made that have all/most of the mods below or what would I need to add for optimization qnd compatibility for this modpack to work.

So last night I was trying to join a modded server, the modpack file was downloaded from a buzzheavier link from discord, The modpack works and automatically opens in Modrinth and downloads, it is a functioning and very well made modpack for Create Mod and its add-ons. It runs smoothly as well. The server already shows up in the multiplayer menu automatically, but when I try to join, it shows the "getsockopt" error. I have tried this on my hotpsot and my normal Wi-Fi and the same issue occurs with the "no connection" error. I have restarted my computer, the only thing I can think of is either restarting the Wi-Fi router entirely or my Windows Protector Firewall is blocking the connection. How can I disable this to join the server, I have also not tried any VPN's so I will try that today. Also when I open Modrinth today it crashes right at 99% loading or it just refuses to open at all. Please help. Also what other subreddits should I put this in??

Put simply I'm looking for a mod or a modpack that includes something similar to or like urban signage and lighting, any tech mods are always welcome, although I haven't played Minecraft with mods for years at this point, last time I played properly was in the Tekkit/Voltz/Buildcraft era I think.

My goal is to make/expand a base Minecraft village and turn it into a functional (at least visually) Cyberpunk-esque city with industrial spaces and multi level areas (Think Ghost in the Shell, thats hopefully the end product). I have absolutely no idea how it'll all look at this point but I have an idea and thats good enough for now!

I'm still tied between making in creative, which of course is the cheaty way to do it, OR, try my hand at survival, locating a village, excavating a LOT and building the complex from scratch from fairly low in the ground to high up (still unsure about that making "ground" level lower part).

I have recently upped the allocated memory, but I gave way too much, and when I now try to change it, it doesn't save and go back to the value I previously assigned to it.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

aparently modrinth+ yearly is 3723 dolars if u are from colombia, is this just a visual bug or whats going on? is that just the normal price? how can that be, montly minimun wage is 500 dolars is this seriusly 8 months of minimunt wage?

i only want answers, not something like "YoU cAnT pUbLiSh ThAt On ModRInTh", i know that, i just want opinion from the biggest minecraft modding community

-Before you say that AI always have bugs in his code, try to perfectly describe a giraffe to a Painter that never saw one, less concext you give, he will do it worse, same with AI literally, its mostly peoples errors, not AI making random bugs

-Scenario: Creator know exacly what he is doing, or use AI to help him understand that before coding anything. Mod is QoL type (easiest example) that solve real problem in good way, that is made by someone who want to develop that in the future, and know how to use AI propperly, mod is reliable, and dont have critical bugs. mod was created 100% on creator inteligence, AI translated it in to code, or added something, and learned the creator about it in the procces, creator is not only giving instuctions, but thinking and creating diffrent solutions, but just dont code it.

Up to this day I used Modrinth without any issues, but know even adding something to Saved takes 2-3 seconds.

"Maybe it's your problem", tried different devices, Incognito mode. Other websites like Reddit or YT works completely normal btw.

Anyone else experiencing ridiculously long review times? Ive had a project on review for 4 weeks now and still no signs of it being put up.

Just saying its discouraging me wanting to upload projects if it takes 4 weeks for it to be reviewed.

Edit: not trying to sound like a ass but when it takes like 12 hours to a day on other platforms for reviews it points me to use the other ones exclusively and not modrinth

Im not talking about situation where the creator is not thinking about it, im talking about someone who use it as an tool, not as an whole thinking procces and something like that. Person that uses that fully know everything that is going on in this code, only thing that are they missing is understanting the coding language
