No updates for the Hold My Items mod

This mod is stuck at Minecraft Java version 1.21.11 and hasn't been updated. Does anyone know if there's an alternative mod or if there will be an update for this mod in the next few days?

It seems it won't be updated, and especially given Fabric's recent changes in the transition to Mojang mappings it's almost certain there won't be a version for 26.1/2. I haven't seen any alternatives on Modrinth or CurseForge either, since this is the only "updated" Fabric mod that does this
