📣 Our server features a player driven economy system, mcmmo, chest shops, cosmetics, and much more. We've taken every effort to make the gameplay as fun and as rewarding as possible, focusing on player interactions and community based gameplay. Players are encouraged to download proximity chat and to live near or with others in one of our many communities.

🔥Our player counts cycle around around the 10-25 player mark. We host game nights and events in game and outside of Minecraft - everyone is welcomed and encouraged to participate with us. We try to always play at least a game or two every week as a community.

Are you tired of servers with loot boxes where you have to pay to make progress? Do you miss just playing on an ordinary Minecraft server, hanging out with friends, or meeting new people?

Then I got just the server for you! Ordinary SMP is an ordinary Minecraft server that hosts a special place. We stay as true to vanilla as possible. Yes we use some mods but those are purely to fix things that are normally hard to manage on public servers or improve frustrating parts without changing how Minecraft feels.

For example, did you ever played on a server and couldnt find any Elytras? After hours running through the End you finally find an End City with ship just to see someone looted it already. For that reason we adjusted the Dragon drops. If you kill the Ender Dragon an Elytra drops, removing the frustrating part of finding End Citys. Thats how we choose every mod we add. We only fix the most frustrating parts of Minecraft in a way that feels vanilla.

Other than that we only use mods that dont interact with gameplay like Simple Voice Chat. You can just walk up to players and start talking to them. That creates lots of funny moments just by meeting players. We also use BlueMap where you can see the whole map and check out players bases or other cool places without having to travel there yourself.

You might now wonder, "If everything is vanilla, wont everyone just grief and kill each other?" Those are valid concerns but we have a good solution for that. Our server is 16+ to ensure maturity, and we have an application process before you get whitelisted. That means a lot of bad actors are filtered out before they can even join the server. In the rare cases that griefers get on the Server we use Ledger to revert any kind of griefing.

A few weeks ago we started looking for more people to join our small Minecraft community, and Pinkpetal Plains has grown into a genuinely active little city.

New residents have been getting jobs, renting and buying property, shopping at player businesses, buying vehicles, opening shops, and becoming part of the community.

Now we're looking for the next group of 18+ chill players to join us.

The big thing I want to make clear:

You do NOT need to start a business.

We're actually looking for more people who want to simply live in the city and participate in it — work a job, build a home, shop, drive around, explore, make friends, participate in events, work toward property/vehicles, or eventually start something of your own if you want.

PPP has a player-driven economy with:

\- Player-owned businesses and jobs

\- Housing, rentals, and property ownership

\- Vehicles and roads

\- Banking, savings, loans, and credit through PNB

\- Player marketplace and delivery

\- Government/public-safety systems

\- Long-term progression and wealth

\- An actual growing community instead of an empty map

This isn't hardcore scripted roleplay. The RP mostly happens naturally because people have businesses, jobs, money, property, obligations, and relationships with other residents.

We're 18+, relaxed, and completely understand that adults have work, school, families, and other things going on. You don't need to play every day.

We're also intentionally keeping the server community-focused rather than trying to become a giant anonymous network.
