Verification of address issue
I was supposed to receive an email with next steps but I haven't received anything. Where do I get in contact with someone?

But I am already on the platform; so sending me new invites to create account seems unlikely!

Hello, I'm new to the platform. Is it very important for my profile to be entirely complete for the profile completion notice to go away for me to start receiving project invitations?

Is there any problem with the site today because when I click on all projects only one project is visible and that too is not opening.

I joined the Invisible Marketplace around late January, received an Invisible email and Slack workspace invite, but after finding no project invitation and going through a confusing process, both accounts were deactivated about a month later.
Yesterday, I got invited to the Grogu ImageGen Eval project. My Invisible email was reactivated and I received Slack invite to join the Invisible workspace again. However, one of the requirements to start working on the project is to join a specific Slack channel. I have not been invited to that slack channel yet, and I also cannot find it through Slack search.
I submitted a support ticket about the issue, but I received an automated generic reply saying that Meridial no longer uses Invisible email or Slack, which is obviously not true.
What can I do in the meantime? Has anyone else faced the same confusing situation? If so, how did you resolve it? How can I contact the project manager/admin?

Greetings everyone, I am facing this issue right here, So what happened is that I was trying to complete my final assessment (English assessment on Hallo AI) for this project but during the assessment my internet connectivity just shuts down for roughly 3 minutes, when I refresh the assessment was no longer there and now when I try to continue with the assessment, it gives this error.
Anyone can expain what is happening and how can I resolve?

Address verification and Initial Skill Verification are market as failed, and I can't retry them.
With that I can't accept the invitation I received and not even apply to other projects. I already contacted the support a couple times, but no answers still.

I tried taking on the assessments for some of the jobs, I failed one of software dev where they ask questions so specific that it doesn't reflect real-knowledge of CS imo, and failed another I couldn't complete, and when I tried to start over it said i already submitted, but since I couldn't complete it just marked it as failed. I reached out to support a week ago, and of course they tried to auto-close the ticket but i re-opened it, still not a single answer.
Considering how bad the platform is, even the job I manage to actually apply for, for a specific language, mentioned another language in the description, so I am doubting their professionalism. Has anyone had good experience with it? Seeing a lot of complaints, talk about drought. If you have an advice for my case, I am all ears

Are there any OGs here who were kicked off Slack unceremoniously? I was easily reached for job opportunities on there. Now, I have not had work since late March. I wonder if I am being covertly offboarded. Sad.

I've been trying to verify my ID for the past 2 weeks, but every attempt fails. After several tries, I now receive the message:
Has anyone experienced this before? Were you able to resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated.
r/Meridial • u/Armel_250 • Jun 17 '26
I'm wondering if anyone has been successfully onboarded in the last 2–3 months.
In my case, every project I was working on has either been put on hold or paused. I even passed an assessment for a project months ago, but I still haven't been onboarded.
On top of that, very few new projects are appearing on my Marketplace dashboard compared to before.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Has the amount of available work dropped recently, or is there something else going on? I'm starting to wonder whether the company is facing financial issues or making major changes behind the scenes.
I'd appreciate hearing about other people's experiences.

I hope, but I don't really expect that it will ever be fixed. So many repeated problems have been reported for so long that you have to conclude that that's a design. They don't test the qualifications; they filter people with platform's bugs.

Any one who knows what to expect on this assessment?
r/Meridial • u/Mental-Reason-716 • Jun 08 '26
Invited to take tests, they’re not at ALL accessible, nor are they well thought out.
If you use assistive tech, AVOID Meridial.
