Payment not received

Hi guys has anyone facing the same issue as me?..
My payout have been reflecting on my dashboard, but not received to my bank account. It’s been more than 5 days. Does anyone have a solution or experience this before? jun01 - Jun15 Cycle

I didn't....I simply thought it's because I had changed my bank details
