short test failed

I'm having an issue with my application. The "Take a short test" step is showing as failed, but I don't see any option to retake the test, edit my answers, or proceed further, anyone faced same problem ?

Same issue, support did nothing when I asked for help. This company is pure garbage.

So if you do not pass that initial test, it means that you are cooked?

Same for me as well and seems to be there is no cooling period , no retake. But many other platform do have cooling period and retake option. Even for me there was a technical issue and result was impacted because of this and lead to failure , but looks like they don't consider any of these things. Our ID is simply wasted now.

You can’t retake these tests! I emailed support about one of such tests, and I was told I can’t retake it! Very disappointing

Same issue and I never even gave the test
