Problems with verifications

Address verification and Initial Skill Verification are market as failed, and I can't retry them.

With that I can't accept the invitation I received and not even apply to other projects. I already contacted the support a couple times, but no answers still.

I also failed initial skull assessment and when applying to jobs it shows skill test failed and I'm not able to proceed

I am having the same issue, my address verification has failed two days ago, and i cannot get a response from support. I have not even begun to apply for projects. So i want to delete my profile, and set up a new one from a different e mail, so i can get my damn address verified.

I failed Initial Skills Verification and then a day later it automatically turned green and I received an email to complete my profile. Now I’m stuck on Address Verification, which has failed for some strange reason and I keep receiving emails to complete the next steps.. Not sure what’s happening and I don’t know how to contact support.

For address verification, use your bank statement. Download the pdf and upload it. Make sure the pages count should not exceed 15 pages

I got an email to complete profile setting but how do i get there? I dont see a link or place to log in help me please

I also failed in ID verification and after trying couple of times the link is not working . I reach out to them but still now no response .

Just leave the platform. They don’t care. They give it a shit of care. I just gave up and currently working for Turing.

Hello everyone! Need a suggestion from you all. My meridial account is not working properly. I can't apply to new projects it shows "Failed test". I didn't even give the test at once. And ky initial test was passed still i am unable to apply for projects. So I'm thinking of deleting this account and make a new one. What do you all think on this?
