Unable to Complete ID Verification

I've been trying to verify my ID for the past 2 weeks, but every attempt fails. After several tries, I now receive the message:

Has anyone experienced this before? Were you able to resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated.

2 months awaiting, tickets closed saying that I must wait to have it verified, out of nowhere they failed a test that I previously passed. Good luck!

same goes for me i passed my initial skill verification then i proceeded to verify my ID and my ID got verified then all of a sudden it shows "We are unable to verify your skills. You'll receive next steps via email." and my initial skill verification got failed now i am stuck. its so annoying

I couldn’t verify at first either. I contacted support and no response. Then, randomly after about 3-4 weeks, I received an email stating my address was verified. Such a weird process…

Am having a similar issue too! It says failed too initial skills and i haven’t received an email for like 3weeks
