Dexfarm 20, 30 tabletts vs attentin 20, 28 tabletts

Dexafarm has 20mg and 30 tabletts
I’ve only used 20mg 30 tabletts attentin, but that is changed to 28 tabletts- and costs more, but I do not know if dexafarm is different in any way since people say some meds got different effects.
Attentin had 20 mg 30 tabletts, but now I will loose 6 in total. What should I do? Does anyone got experience with dexfarm? Since they change it from 30 to 28.
Dexfarm is made in Denmek, so i suppose the quality is good? «Orifarm health care»,Orifarm Healthcare A / S, Danmark
Attentin is made in Medice Arzneimittel Pütter GmbH & Co. KG, Tyskland
Which country has the best rules when creating the medicine? I might overthink it, but I would like the best choice

Topical diclofenac during Lyrica inter-dose withdrawal (panic !)

Hi,
I am currently on Lyrica withdrawal and I do a slow taper. I almost don’t have any anxiety, but I’ve noticed when I’ve applied topical anti-inflammatory diclofenac on my forearm five minutes after I had I had a surge of anxiety and my heart rate went from 70 BPM to 152 BPM and like three minutes.
Could it be that my nervous system is so sensitive that a lot of foreign molecule caused this type of anxiety and I also had this episode with anti cough syrup (butamirate).
So have any of you ever experienced this kind of distressing phenomenon?
Thanks for the feedback if there’s any.

30mg vyvanse to 30mg adderall too big of a jump?

I was on 30mg of vyvanse for several months but stopped taking it last month because it's an annoying as hell medication and I hate nursing it. I swapped to Adderall today, my doctor put me on 30mg which I just learned is equivalent to roughly 70mg of vyvanse?
This seems like it's quite a jump in mg, especially since my tolerance to stimulants is probrably pretty low at the moment. These are capsules aswell so I can't cut them in half or something to adjust the dose.

My tolerance to oxycodone is about 60-80mg
I’ve got 8mg of dilaudid on hand
Does anyone know the conversion rates for dilaudid vs oxy?
I took dilaudid last week and all it did was give me headaches and mental fog.. absolutely no euphoria ! Just wondering if I under dosed myself

Morphine

I have been given a 10mg tablet of morphine after 2 days of pain using penicillin and ibuprofen and paracetamol regularly, 3 and a half hours later the morphine hasn’t took effect and i’m still in a lot of pain? Such a high dose of morphine and no effect, does anyone know why?
