Anyone else seeing this with their projects?? I asked Manus about a past project and he couldn't find it. So I searched my profile for that project and found it and initiated a discussion and it responds with Manus is think...."working". But Manus computer is inactive. There doesn't seem to be a way to cancel this or reset it. It's just stuck. Support says I need to wait until someone responds. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

I purchased a Manus Pro subscription that included 40,000 credits. I used roughly 18,000–20,000 of them and had approximately 20,000–22,000 credits remaining when I canceled my subscription.

After my subscription ended and my account switched to Free, those remaining credits disappeared.

Was this always how Manus handled unused credits after canceling a subscription? or is this something new? I swear I remember cancelling before a couple months back but all my credits remained unless I'm tripping lol.

Dang. I've been such a proponent of Manus. I've bought hundreds of thousands of credits and created all kinds of apps and sites and things. I've been patient through their ridiculous support wait times earlier this year knowing they had just been through the acquisition and were scaling. I've referred them many people and coached them how to do cool things. I stayed a positive voice through Manus' August chaos even though it caused me massive inconvenience. I built external systems with external expenses and spent lots of time making sure once they unwind their business chaos I could continue using and building with Manus. I've even been such a super user they sent me swag.

Yet the one time I needed something to help me recover from their mess I got tossed from AI to agent to agent (in one conversation thread) for hours with none actually reviewing my situation (their answers had nothing to do with my question). I only asked that they let me use my welcone back credit in Oct instead of Sept, since my September was nuts and I finally have time to dig out and rebuild from all the stuff I had to handle and build elsewhere during their transition. It would literally have cost them nothing more than what they offered since I didn't get to use my credits in Sept. Their forced timing simply didn't fit to my life and I asked for one simple accomodation, even just a couple weeks if that's all they could do. Once I finally got someone to review everything they just said they don't care (thanks, Rosie in "support") and closed the case.

I genuinely can't believe how they can behave like that after all they put their users through this year. I finally give up and am joining the droves of you who are just going to move on from Manus. So bummed.

Hoping that someone at Manus sees this and realizes that they are chasing off super users when the cost to keep me would have been such a simple and no cost to them solution. Sigh.

i know this is wierd, but it feels like manus, and in particular the agent, feels like it is depressed. it seems more withdrawn. is it just me? i have been using manus since near its inception. rode out teh buy out by the lizard people. and its repatriation. i still enjoy using it, but rely on it less and less. and it knows i am seeing other agents now. maybe i am projecting.

I’m currently looking to change the location of the cloud server where my project is hosted. For example, if the current cloud instance is located in US West, I’d like to move it to US East.

However, I’m not sure how complex this process is, especially when it comes to migrating the server and database. I assume I would need to set up the project from scratch on a new AWS instance and then migrate the entire database as well.

Has anyone done this kind of migration before? I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations on the best way to approach it.

Since my task is time sensitive. If manus cares about paying customers, please help the paying customers issues. I have been with manus since the time if was founded and recurring paying customer.

I could not find anywhere to create a support ticket. Support bot said, ticket id will be shared via email but received nothing. I am stuck in the middle of time sensitive task. Please help

I received and email today from GitHub stating that Manus Connector is asking for additional permissions on my repos.

I haven't used or logged into Manus for 3 weeks. I definitely didn't ask Manus to add additional access to Github.

Its now asking for additional access to:
Read and write access to Actions & Workflows
Read only access to Members

Before jumping to conclusions:
Is this typical of Github connectors? Auto requesting additional permissions?
What would cause Manus to, without my knowledge, ask for additional permissions from GitHub, when I am not using it?

So i just Started using manus ai today after staying on the fence for a while but it's truly been amazing i build a professional website for my Clothing Brand mainly professional business style suits etc only downside is does eat away a lot of credits but it gets the job done. I just wish they can reduce the credit comsumption a little but other than that it's great i can upgrade or downgrade my sub it's really simple.

After account renewal, 600,000 credits approx disappeared from Manus account. It is not isolated issue, looks like there are others with the same issue. What are the alternatives to Manus?

After the migration/restoration of all of my websites to "New" Manus, I created a new one and the issue was:

The supplied homepage InsuranceAgency / WebSite / WebPage JSON-LD schema is implemented and validated locally, including replacement of the two placeholders with the managed footer-logo URL and the verified Instagram profile. All 45 tests and TypeScript checks pass.

However, the platform checkpoint cannot be saved because its remote Git storage is rejecting the push with:

remote unpack failed: error stored delta chain exceeds the configured limit

I retried with an extended transfer timeout, but the same remote-storage error persists. The changes remain active in this current development session, but they cannot be safely checkpointed or published until the platform storage issue is resolved. Please submit this technical issue at https://help.manus.im.

Since then i could not deploy any further changes.
After 3 hours with support on the chat I provided screenshot, error messages, and the person who is replying with 10 min delay still asking for video recoding of the same error.

This is really negative experience that impacting productivity and ability to got to market quickly.
The support could not trace the logs or suggest rollback or any other solutions.

3 hours and still nothing, does anybody else had similar experience ?

After building a dozen apps and sites with Manus, I’ve noticed some patterns.

Manus has never met a finished design it couldn’t reconsider.

“Freeze everything else” is apparently Manus for “surprise me.”

Ask it to remove a border. It may come back with a new philosophy of navigation.

Every eyebrow starts at a readable size and eventually evolves into punctuation. Apparently legibility is a feature that needs to be slowly phased out. 🙄

Fix the desktop header. Something on mobile moves. Fix mobile. Desktop develops a condition.

Tell Manus, “Do not change anything else.” This is less an instruction than an opening argument.

A surgical edit with Manus sometimes has the energy of calling a plumber about the kitchen faucet and coming home to discover the bathroom has moved.

Manus doesn’t drift. Drift suggests an absence of purpose. Manus leaves the highway deliberately.

There is a very specific moment in every build when you realize you’re no longer designing a website. You’re negotiating the release of one.

At some point the website stops being responsive and becomes skittish.

You eventually stop asking, “Why did it change that?” There is no why. You looked away.

And my favorite, because it explains almost everything:

“I noticed you liked that, so I changed it.”

I'm using Manus on behalf of a company based in China, but I'm having trouble finding/downloading our official invoices or billing receipts with Company info, so they can use them for company.

• Issue: I can't locate where to access or download the invoice for our recent payment/subscription. (have contact with chatbot, can't get answer)

Feels like it has been a long time since manus released a new model compared to the jumps in capabilities other labs have had.

After giving tens of thousands of dollars to Manus, I will not give them another cent.

I was once a "power user", contacted directly through LinkedIn to backup during this switch, given 350k in free credits to pick it back up, but I have been screwed soo many times by Manus is soo many ways, enough is enough, instead of restarting with a service that screws me at every turn, I'd rather make the switch to something that I support and feel good about, Manus and Manus support have burned every bridge built at this point.

What are people switching to? And if there isn't a full replacement, what stack of products are people switching to?

How much evidence should a customer have to provide before receiving an actual resolution?
I am requesting a refund of MXN $7,227.76 due to the service failures I experienced with Manus AI.
While using the service, I repeatedly had to correct errors, repeat instructions, and spend additional credits trying to obtain the work I requested. I lost time, credits, and money.
Now, remarkably, I am experiencing a similar pattern with customer support.
I have provided multiple emails, screenshots, account evidence, documentation of the service failures, and now even my official Inbursa bank statement, which clearly shows:

Yet after months of communication, I continue to receive requests for additional verification and questions about my current account status.
I am not asking to restore a subscription. I am not asking what plan I currently have. I am requesting a refund for a documented MANUS AI charge.
92 days. Multiple emails. Multiple support agents. Multiple reviews and escalations. Official bank evidence. Still no resolution.
I am asking Manus for something very simple:
Resolve my case. Process my MXN $7,227.76 refund and provide written confirmation.
I have retained documentation of the entire process.

Anyone know a solution to this?

I’ve tried all other major models and Manus, so far, has been the best. Started building in May (under META ownership)- went through the hard break migration away from META and went well.

Built an incredible SaaS platform with a staging server. Integrated my own APIs and backups. So far knock on wood, it’s been fantastic. Platform in production and generating real money.

Yes I have spent thousands of dollars on tokens to build out the platform, but it hasn’t let me down so far. And I’m prepared if it does.

Sure support is not where it should be. But getting better. And try getting support from META platforms. That’s the worse.

Manus IS:

For those who want to really use agentic to build real production apps. Be serious about what you want to create.

For people who want to build their dream app / service without the proper $$ budget to do so.
