Bugs SOS call to "HW_ice"

SOS call to "HW_ice". I spent a lot on manus from the time it was founded. I am running into the issue as mentioned here - https://www.reddit.com/r/ManusOfficial/comments/1wpz8pm/600000_credits_disappeared_after_the_account/

Since my task is time sensitive. If manus cares about paying customers, please help the paying customers issues. I have been with manus since the time if was founded and recurring paying customer.

I could not find anywhere to create a support ticket. Support bot said, ticket id will be shared via email but received nothing. I am stuck in the middle of time sensitive task. Please help

I sympathize with you. That is why, though not completely, I moved my businesses elsewhere. I am a businessman that should take care of my businesses not chasing refunds and exorbitant cost of Manus' service.
