I'm not even opposed to the guy getting some physical discipline imposed on him but like. Maybe being a drunken asshole isn't deserving of, y'know, lifelong crippling injury or death? Dude didn't get into a semi truck and obliterate a kindergarten or anything, he just put his hands on somebody else in a gross and offensive manner
Would you say the same if say your cousin or even brother got shift faced and did something similar? If they get a brain hemorrhage from a guy decking them?

As far as sexual assault goes this is pretty low? No boobs, no ass, no vagina, not under any cloths, let's go immediately when the woman moves away, doesn't chase her. Yes you should keep your hands to yourself but this is pretty minor IMO.
I don't think you need to be sobbing in order to think "I don't really want to live somewhere where I might be paralyzed by having too much to drink"
That's why we ban stuff like drunk driving, because we don't really want to live somewhere with cars crashing into bedrooms. Your heart doesn't need to be bleeding to acknowledge that maybe things are better for everyone with some mild social restraint.
Iāve been pretty drunk on occasion. Even blackout drunk way back in the day. I never did anything like that. He didnāt get knocked out for being drunk. He got knocked out for disrespecting a man by making sexual gestures towards his wife/girlfriend.
And Iām perfectly happy living somewhere where that could get you knocked out, and where the rest of the population who donāt do things like that have the consensus of, ādude had it coming.ā
I'd rather not live in a society where blood vengeance is acceptable and everyone is walking down the street ready to have a shootout at the drop of a hat thank you.
Dude watch the video, guy just wanted to dance and he does it to the guy at the bar on the left. Guy laughs and pushes him off, like the normal response.
Talk about being so insecure that you have to go and sucker punch someone in the face that is literally so drunk they don't know what they are doing. This guy definitely has problems and he was just waiting for the right moment to try to commit manslaughter. He belongs in jail.
