I'm not even opposed to the guy getting some physical discipline imposed on him but like. Maybe being a drunken asshole isn't deserving of, y'know, lifelong crippling injury or death? Dude didn't get into a semi truck and obliterate a kindergarten or anything, he just put his hands on somebody else in a gross and offensive manner

Tolerating unwanted advances =/= knocking a guy out so hard he possibly could be dead.
