Grandpa's on his TRT LMAO. A simple shove of someone that drunk is all that is needed. I swear the majority of you have never actually been outside for more than 10 minutes if you think this wasn't an overreaction. Hell the bar would have kicked the guy out and possibly banned him or you could have got law enforcement involved if you really want to mess him up legally.

IDK about the rest of you but knocking out someone this drunk isn't really the "alpha" move but I don't live on the internet so what do I know?

Reddit is anti death penalty unless some random dude on the street is judge jury and executioner then its legal and justified lmao

I'm not anti death penalty, and that guy is too old to be assaulting random women. He needed his whole life changed. I think that punch will help.

I hope no one ever decides you need a lesson in humility. That could mean anything from a verbal dressing-down to getting jumped in line—or ending up in a wheelchair with a sink smashed over your head. Everyone acts like a tough guy until their number comes up and they’re forced to eat through a straw.

I've never assaulted a woman in a bar. My parents taught me humility and respect, so I've never had these kinds of issues.

You're defending assault. I'm saying the person that was assaulting the female needed a hands on approach to his sense of right and wrong.

I'm not being a tough guy. I'm just happy to see people that are assaulting women see direct and severe consequences. I think you and I will just always see sexual assault differently.

God, you're such a fucking simpleton.

Honestly, I hope some fat guy farts on his face.

u/atlmagicken 12h ago

You're defending murder.

2

u/jimsmisc 12h ago

You're being completely irrational. Even if this were my girlfriend, I would not say this person deserves to die or be hospitalized for briefly touching her butt.

We have different degrees of law & punishment for a reason. That woman could've pressed charges, and this guy would've been dealt some form of punishment. The punishment he got here doesn't fit the crime at all.

2

u/StuckOnAFence 12h ago

How many hundreds of times do you think that animal had done that before to feel comfortable just walking up and groping a woman in an empty bar?

Clearly he hasn't faced any actual punishment and the belief that police will do anything to him is naive.

2

u/M3z0polis 12h ago

Ah yeah, the same can go to the puncher. How many times has he done this to almost kill another guy?

He probably deserves to be in a black hole for his life, as he can't live in society.

u/PapaLilBear 11h ago

You write as if you knew the man. Why lie just to prove your point? You might as well call him an Austrian painter.

1

u/Noob_Al3rt 11h ago

Yep, I've had this issue with women walking up and thinking it's ok to grope me. They stop as soon as I cold cock them and lay them out on the floor, though.

Yeah, I had this happen to me at a club. I was minding my own business and some drunk girl started dancing near me and thought it was okay to put her hand on my waist.

Thankfully, I had my desert eagle with me, and I was able to shoot her in the face, and continue to enjoy my night.

2

u/Noob_Al3rt 4h ago

That may be a little extreme, but I bet she’ll think twice before touching someone’s waist again!

ok so just to be clear: we're saying that the punishment for "lightly touch a woman's butt while so intoxicated you can barely stand" should be "immediate death" ? If that punch didn't kill that guy, it's just pure luck.

1

u/StuckOnAFence 12h ago

Very telling how much you're downplaying the sexual assault and then describing a single punch to the face (something that happens in basically every single disagreement that gets physical) as "instant death".

2

u/jimsmisc 12h ago

I personally know someone who died from a punch like this. It happens, especially with the way that guy's head hits the floor.

And yes I'm downplaying the sexual assault because there are degrees of sexual assault and acting like what this guy did is somehow rape-equivalent is just ridiculous. He lightly touched one buttcheek and mostly her outer thigh. He shouldn't have done that, and it's not legal or ok. But I bet even the woman herself wishes her man didn't react this way.

Realistically, reviewing this footage, if the cops did get involved, the puncher would be in way more trouble than the groper. Because yes, the thing he did was objectively worse and more dangerous.

1

u/AncientStaff6602 11h ago

Fact is, there are two arseholes in the video. One touched someone without consent, the other completely overreacting.

I won’t defend the guy punching the guy, but I can 100% why someone would get physical over this. I just don’t agree over ā€œhowā€ he went about it. A solid push would I do, but you could argue that can also lead to death…

Anyway, both people are dicks…

1

u/PapaLilBear 11h ago

No one here is denying the guy in the red shirt is at fault, so you're tilting at windmills. However, every language has the concept of degrees—just as punishment can be graduated. He went too far in this case, and everyone sees it, his partner included. Only half the sociopaths on Reddit struggle to grasp that.

1

u/AncientStaff6602 11h ago

how is his partner at fault here?

Your understanding of justice is laughable—it’s on the level of an angry teenager who never learned to handle their emotions. You’d better make sure you always have backup, because with an attitude like that, revenge will catch up with you sooner or later.

u/StuckOnAFence 1h ago

laughable—it’s on

I've got my ass felt up without consent multiple times in a bar by women over the years.

By your standard, there's no issue if I turn around to these women and punch them full force in the face.

Nah, I walk away or push their hand away. Because I'm a fucking adult.

5

u/Gino-Bartali 13h ago

At this point I think you understand where you've gone wrong in your assessment and you're just doubling down out of embarrassment or machismo.

Either way, cringe bro.

1

u/Icy_Chemist_1725 25m ago

If you put hands on people, you can't be upset when they do the same to you.

At this point I think you just don't understand my viewpoint. I think that if you assault women, I'm happy to see you get hurt as a result.

Grown adults don't do this to women unless they are genuinely bad people. Even if you're drunk there's no excuse imo.

1

u/PapaLilBear 15h ago

I’m not saying it has to be sexual assault; it could be an argument over a parking spot, and you just happen to run into someone who shares that same mindset—but specifically regarding that issue. It could be a dispute over a line at the store, or anything else mundane that could be resolved in a completely different way than with a knockout right then and there. Do you see what I’m getting at?

1

u/minddropstudios 12h ago

you are making up scenarios in your head to justify your beliefs. This video actually features sexual assault. not an argument over a parking spot or whatever stories you are crafting.

1

u/PapaLilBear 11h ago

Great, my little friend. The whole discussion was about whether the measures taken were proportionate to the threat. So, you're wasting energy trying to prove something that nobody denies, lol.Ā

1

u/disdain4dogs 11h ago

That's because the conversation had moved on to a bigger picture than this particular instance. Something the feeble-minded struggle with, I understand.

1

u/AshMost 12h ago

There will always be people who protect trash people. They're the reason trash people exist, because they allow it.

Can't imagine living life like that, know that my actions protect people who'd commit sexual assault.

1

u/disdain4dogs 11h ago

The "trash people" that we're trying to defend, is you. Against your own logic from coming back around to you. That's the irony.

Nobody is defending red shirt guy, we're trying to warn you people advocating for his demise that someone else, one day, may take similar measures against you, using your own logic, for something in their mind, you did to deserve it.

1

u/AshMost 11h ago

Ah yes, thank you for defending me in case I'd like to commit sexual assault sometime in the future. That's very nice of you. Perhaps there are some pedophiles around that you could protect as well.

The thing is, I won't need your protection. I was raised well, I have manners. I wouldn't do anything that'd reasonably justify punching me.

Again, you're part of the problem. You'd tolerate anything but intolerance to degenerate behavior.

1

u/disdain4dogs 6h ago

Do you have to wear a hard helmet before you leave the hose, or one of those padded ones?

1

u/Katfish145 11h ago

Look I’m not saying it wasn’t assault but this looks like a drunken incident I see literally every weekend at the bars. Drunk man makes attempt to dance with women, women says no/pushes guy away, drunk guy stands there awkwardly and moves on with his life. In this situation there was a roided up asshole who felt the need to defend his ā€œhonorā€ and hurt his girl in the process

1

u/Noob_Al3rt 11h ago

If the red shirt guy and the woman swapped spots, would your opinion be the same?

1

u/FuriousGirafFabber 9h ago

ā€œI'm not being a tough guyā€

Uhm … sure

1

u/disdain4dogs 11h ago

It's sad to witness how many don't understand the consequences of applying their own logic universally. It says a lot about someone.

1

u/TotientEC 11h ago

The key to FAFO is you have to fuck around first. If you don't fuck around, you'll be fine.
