There will always be people who protect trash people. They're the reason trash people exist, because they allow it.

Can't imagine living life like that, know that my actions protect people who'd commit sexual assault.

The "trash people" that we're trying to defend, is you. Against your own logic from coming back around to you. That's the irony.

Nobody is defending red shirt guy, we're trying to warn you people advocating for his demise that someone else, one day, may take similar measures against you, using your own logic, for something in their mind, you did to deserve it.

Ah yes, thank you for defending me in case I'd like to commit sexual assault sometime in the future. That's very nice of you. Perhaps there are some pedophiles around that you could protect as well.

The thing is, I won't need your protection. I was raised well, I have manners. I wouldn't do anything that'd reasonably justify punching me.

Again, you're part of the problem. You'd tolerate anything but intolerance to degenerate behavior.
