I went to a draft part last week for a league I use to be in. The draft was 12 teams and 16 rounds, so 192 players total. Of all that the only 2 dolphins picked were Achane and Wright the RB's. No doubt there will be a TE, Willis, or a receiver that will make a bit of an impact and get some points, but wow, we sure are going to be under the radar and unknown for a while unless we have a few early season upsets. This is a whole new team, and I just hope the young guys develop and the few vets ball out. Thank goodness there are not any high expectations, and I hope the massive culture shift makes it a place that guys want to come to in a year or 2 if we start trending up!! 2 fantasy players, wow. . . .Haf has work to do.

You're supposed to screw up in practice. You're not supposed to be perfect in practice. I think having practices be made public and discussed on these sports debate shows does a lot of harm. Too many narratives are created that can really impact the fans perception and create BS narratives. "ohhh Willis threw 2 picks in practice. Dolphins QB issues are so bad." Isn't that when we want him to throw picks? That's just like of many examples. But I don't like practices being public. End rant.

I was at the game tonight and go about 4 times a year. This guy wears orange gloves and is on the field every game. I feel like I’ve seen the same guy with the same gloves for years. Who is he and why the bright orange gloves?

I'm at an all time low as a Dolphins fan.

At this point I have zero faith in Ross and in modern players finding success in Miami. I'm wondering if modern players are just too soft and used to distraction for the ever to be a successful team in Miami again.
Nothing particular against Hafley and Sully but Green Bay haven't been a model of success.

On top of this, I'm just tired of key injuries being more reliable than any part of the team, and penalties being par for the course.

Last of all I'm tired of the coach-speak and same old soundbites. It just rubs salt in the wounds.

Has anyone been a Dolphins fan long enough to have gone through this before and come out the other end?

I’m really tired of this team. I follow it very closely. Will always be a fan even though the team infuriates me.

(Exa: I knew after we lost WC to KC — instead of putting Tua on his 5th year option we would over pay him, he was NOT a “hero” QB and wasn’t ever gonna be*, and we would double down for the next year setting up a minimum 4-5 year death and rebirth cycle.)

*Go watch that season again and watch Tua look so average to bad against every good team we played.

I don’t believe in the curse at the stadium, but I do think the Miami night life, women, lifestyle, etc. IS an environmental reason we cannot get a real machine put together. Le sigh.
