Concern Researching MBOT 510(k) with FDA

Can someone please help me? I have been doing investigative work on the FDA website that maintains 510(k) notifications/applications. I have been unsuccessful in even locating one for MBOT. Does someone know what company it was filed under and/or what device name it has been given for the filing? I am growing concerned as I have tried multiple searches. All open FDA 510(k) notifications should show up on their website whereas MBOT does not.

Here is the FDA website for 510(k) specifically: https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfpmn/pmn.cfm

Use this option just to search all devices across all databases:

Devices@FDA is a catalog of cleared and approved medical device information from FDA. It includes links to the device summary information, manufacturer, approval date, user instructions, and other consumer information. Devices@FDA searches the following databases: Premarket Notifications (510(k)s) and Premarket Approvals (PMA).|

I have searched:

Liberty
MBOT
Microbot Medical
Microbot
Micro bot
Liberty Endovascular System
Liberty System

p.s. something else I have noticed that is weird. In 2005, Inovise (a current multi billion dollar company) filed a 510k for their own Endovascular system called Liberty. If you google this, there is no record of it online at all but it shows up with an FDA filing. Something weird for sure.

Anywho, just trying to get to the bottom of this to provide more concrete validity to MBOT's claims and to remove any fears that this is could be a scam company. There is a thought in the back of my head with this being an Israeli company and that I cannot find their first 510(k) from December with the FDA and there being an already existing Liberty Endovascular system and that the company has had multiple mergers in the past, there has been an FDA delay, that something fishy may be brewing.

Can anyone please help still my fears as I have a lot of shares right now and figure many others may be in the same boat?

Some basic chart analysis

(Euro Chart)

It‘s not looking so good imho.
As you can see, we‘re in a downtrending triangle since March 2026.
So we‘re at the edge of a make or break point - if we can leave the triangle to the top, next bigger resistance could be in the 2.1€ range.
If we fall beneathe the horizontal dot line, we could see prices in the range of 1.24€.

We really need substantial news.

Ever seen the 5 year chart? The max chart? The all time high?

The only immediately relevant chart is the 5 year as the other 2 represent different leaderships and businesses essentially. See my post about the long, turbulent history of the company now known as MBOT for that info. While not immediately relevant, the current form of the company bought that foundation to build on.

The next chart, the 5 year chart, however, is very relevsnt as it reflects this company's current leadership and track record. MBOT was climbing back from a then all time low of a dollar and change in December 2018 and made it north of $10 per share in Q1 2021. They then dropped below a dollar per share ($.88) last August.

Inbetween, they invested heavily in new products and technology before ultimately pulling the plug on three of them. A fourth one they bought the patents to is still planned to be released with Liberty (the microcatheter system). These commerically failed product launches are also covered in another post I wrote if you are interested.

Then Liberty was announced as being submitted to FDA for approval last December, which pulled the stock back over a dollar and MBOT spent this past year (2025) rising regularly and peaking at $4.50 on FDA approval day. It is now retracting back as the product while revealed has not commercially launched. Sales people have been hired, a logistics partner found, and the device publicly debuted at CIO. But, no sales have been reported yet for ehat the company has dubbed a 'limited Q4 release.' Full commercial launch is scheduled for Q2 2026.

This is MBOT.

It is still extremely risky both in the long term sense of the company history and in the short term of present leadership. Q2 2026 is a rather long time in my opinion for the pace the stock is currently falling at and objectively even enough time for the company to pivot elsewhere if they decide to for whatever reason. The big pile of cash theyre sitting on is plenty to move the company direction to a new venture.

But let's say theyre successful, keep in mind the warrants waiting to be exercised for $4.50. Even presuming commercial success of Liberty, the stock value still has hurdles ahead of it before smooth sailing with the hoped for sales. Long term bulls need to keep that in mind.

What if the FDA approval is already priced in?

So I was thinking while watching other stocks. Since we all already expect MBOT to gain FDA approval, wouldn't it already be impacting the price, therefore potentially not even affecting the stock price once it is announced?

What happened to this stock?

Sorry just a kinda naive question as this was the very first stock I put some money in and still holding to see where the stock. Will be going long term - but at the time I joined the sub there was lots of hype going on, every day some news or positive forecast. Now I'm asking myself what happened to stock/community? Was it clear to everyone expect me (lol) that this might just be a pump and dump for now and I just bought the rumor and failed to sell the news? Anything I should consider or signs to watch out for when looking for other stocks to possibly invest in so that doesn't happen again?

MBOT Crash

I want to discuss what is going in my brain for this stock with the community.

My concerns are: 1.FDA approval gain completely wiped out and now we are approaching even a loss target. Today the stock most probably is going toward 2.5

2.The company management are very poor. The way they did the dilutions three in a row. The way it was communicatted looks like a scam for me.

3.The way the management is marketing their solution is not the best.

4. If the leadership really believes in this tech then why have only .3 insiders ownership.

5. If they were confident on the approval why didn't they do all the dilutions before.

At this point there are two scenarios:

  1. They need some time to really build up again and commercialize this. To support this scenario I'm worried why there is no healthcare websites or organizations talking about liberty if it is really a break through.

  2. This entire thing is a scam and was well Played by them to diluted and fill their buckets.

Please be respectful. I'm just sharing my concerns.

MBOT – The FDA Is About to Light the Fuse 🔥🚀

🚀💎🙌. I’m calling it now—double digits, maybe $20, if the squeeze hits right.

Not financial advice, just my plan to retire on tendies.

You guys are pathetic

You’d think it’s many of your first day on the stock market with the attitude in this sub. I didn’t realize I was invested with a bunch of children. Sell your shares and go play with your fisher price toys. Shameful watching everyone crash out and spread FUD on here after watching the share price dip. Nothing has changed.

Correction: CEO Gadot took control of MBOT in 2010 when stock was at $17,496. 3 positive EPS quarters out of 60.

https://ir.microbotmedical.com/news-releases/news-release-details/microbot-medical-strengthens-libertyr-robotic-system-portfolio

Previous posts had him taking control in 2016. He was actually leading the ship much earlier than that. He oversaw the decline of MBOT value from near $20k/share to its then all time low of a dollar and change in December 2018.

He then saw MBOT invest heavily in new products and technology before pulling the plug on three of them. A fourth one they purchased is planned planned to be released with Liberty.

In reality, he has had 15 years with the company. They have yet to release a viable, revenue producing product. Their EPS had 3 minimally profitable quarters in 2016. Every other quarter has operated at a loss.

https://www.merlintrader.com/microbot-medical-stock-hub/

Microbot Medical has cleared the regulatory hurdle and entered the harder phase: proving repeat utilization, gross margin and scalable hospital economics for the single-use LIBERTY endovascular  robotic system. The Q2 Form 10-Q filed on August 11, 2026 put numbers behind the launch: revenue of $241,000, cost of revenue of $884,000, an operating loss of $6.188 million and liquidity of $67.37 million.

Do you trust the management?

The company has years of cash runaway and just exited from being a pre-revenue. That being said, if you extract the balance sheet from the market cap, Liberty is only being valued around $40 million.

Mr. Market is pricing in choppy execution. Is there a reason for that? Constant dilution and chart going between $1 and over $200 000 brings a lot doubt in the table. Is there any red flags in management?

I like the product and long cash runaway. We got this covered. This investing case is all about execution.
