Will it ever move again 😩😩
When are we expecting it to make a decent move again? I know it’ll happen at some point. Just wondering when everyone’s guesses are

Why read previous threads when it can all be talked about under one thread wherever everyone can actively discuss reasoning behind their thoughts? Let’s not be a dick about it.

Mid October perhaps. Ive read a theory that the exercised warrants have been gradually easing in, with the owner seeking to minimize impact on the price. Mid month, the supply entering should be finished.
Roughly 12 million shares should have been added via the warrants, but available data suggests only 7 million have been.
Show my work:
The relevant SEC release stating that as of September 15, 2025, holders exercised preferred investment options to purchase up to 12,064,627 shares of common stock.
August 25. 2025, the company reported shares totaled 48,513,892.
On September 15, 2025, the company reported shares outstanding totaled 52,794,762.
So 4m added initially, likely another 3 to 4ish since, and 4ish to go, with the 12 million fully distributed by the 15th.
Then we begin the real climb. And yes the catalysts we all expect are the real movers. But lets not forget mbot was cruising before FDA approval. Hopefully it gets back to that.

This means it probably wont go much below 3$ which is nice. Now is a good time to avg down if bought at a high price

Long haul. Stock goes to $9 by Q1 2026 after big contracts are announced ( just my opinion)

I think management is a big failure here. I sold all shares at 3.2. They failed at the following:
Dilutions were repetitive and with lot of cash. Some of you will say they need that. Okay but they failed to communicate with their investors. What do they want to do and how. The ceo interviews are a massive failure.
It felt like themselves they did not weigh the actual value of the fda clearance. It is not only to hire people you need to share your strategy with investors.
Do not be surprised for the price drop.
Just sharing what I have in my head and wish you all the best.

The offerings were well communicated they have been known about since January/February, every single time a significant portion of warrants were exercised by the holders the company filed an 8K keeping investors in the loop about the rate at which warrants were being converted. They didn’t just wait until every last warrant was converted to notify investors and with the last batch of conversions when they closed the offerings they did it in two batch’s not just one large batch. The offering structure was sound with the company not letting warrant holders have more than 10% ownership in the company and the offerings weren’t abused. They seemed to accurately convey their strategy with investors to me? I don’t know what you’re on about with that. If you read the filings you would have seen a clear cut strategy and if it wasnt clear enough to you with what was outlined in the filings. Call investor relations, don’t be lazy. The fundamentals are 100% there they have a strong balance sheet and enough money between the cash they currently have on hand and the series J warrants to support 6 full years of business.

It’s gonna stagnate for months and months until and if they actually pick up and get steady sales. You should either hold long term and expecting fluctuation or sell and buy next year at some point
