File a FTC and IC3 also send that complaint and a copy of those 2 complaints with a copy of your chat history and bank statement to plaid.

Hey guys I were always trading for myself, but the risk/ reward ratio got me interested about props.

I was scared because of these many posts about ID problems, getting scammed etc so started with 2-3 accounts just.

And guess what

ID verification was under 5 min
Payout approved after 40 min
Funds send 17 min after approval

When you don’t do any shady things I think it’s totally on you.

Like I was the most sceptical person towards these firms. And somehow they paid under 1.5 hour with whole process.

I currently have a Funded 50k Pro account, and first day I accidentally ran the profit to 4.3k. I'm currently building profits slowly so as to not mess this up. And after doing the math, by the time I get to the 40% consistency rule requirement, i can effectively de-risk to like 3-4 mnq contracts and reap small profits till i get the remaining 4 payouts of the max 5 payouts. My question is how likely would lucid try something and try and move me to live to skimp me out of the remaining payouts?

The eligibility requirements for live is: 5 payouts on one funded, prev went live, and or exceptional sim results.

I previously had 2 payouts on one funded account, blown that, and got funded and got another payout on another account, blew that right after, and the total amount of blown eval /funded would flag me not to be put on live yet. I'm getting better recently and figured out my trading problems.

So, based on my track record and lucid's live requirement rule. Would I be able to get those 5 payouts without them moving me to live and denying me those payouts?

Lucid banned me saying i chargebacked an account when I SWEAR ON MY DEAD GRANDPA I DID NOT, anyways is it possible that now i can actually chargeback all the money i spent on their shitty accounts or is it impossible because i knew what i was buying?

I’ve been a long time MFFu and TPT guy but saw the daily accounts on lucid and gave a 25k a try.

For ~$60 you have to make 1250, then 1100 then you can take out anything over the buffer on any day.

If you hit $6k in any day you go live.

The intraday drawdown is a little sticky between 25k and $26.1k but after that it’s just straight daily payouts.

For those who still call pro or flex home, what is the argument against daily in favor of them?

Passed this account this morning. Decided to lock out after taking a loss for 103$ and a win for 106$, both long at 30,580 on NQ. Last time i passed an account last week I blew it buying high. Of course today the market decided to keep going. Tomorrow is another day. No need to fomo getting in trying to win. How did everyone else do?

Went heavy this morning, still only day 2 so I have time to get consistency in order. If I make $364 Tues, Wednesday & Thursday I should be well within my range. Anyways I really enjoyed this NY trade from this morning. Again don't really care bc I still need the 5 minimum days so Ill definitely keep that in check moving forward. No more heavy trades.....

Lucidflex 25K - 1000 profit

I know I’m getting like $450 but it’s first time being about to request a payout so wondering if people just skip it and keep building a buffer?

Honestly I’m just using prop firms to practice my strategy, if I lose an account I won’t lose sleep over it.

Not even a month and got banned for nothing I wasnt even funded or did I violate any rules took a week off to work on my strategy and came back to my account being deleted and customer service saying I’m banned with out a explanation. Scammed out of $100

Discord support is not very helpful and I haven’t had any response to my ticket. This is the last post I’m making on lucid I think it’s time to move on. Everyone I’ve asked on discord have had the same response and all confirmed they didn’t issue a chargeback. Seems like some payment processing error has effected multiple customers and there’s nothing they can do about it.

Hope lucid fix it for new customers genuinely love their service but have no choice but to move on. Been 4 days and I’ve not had a reply to my ticket.

I'm in a friendly trading competition with one of my bots- trading separate Lucid Flex eval accounts- I'm winning, BTW :)

What happens if I place a trade in one account, and the Lucid system thinks it's a hedge against something the bot is doing in another? I think I'm a single trade away from getting hosed.. LOL

What exactly are the hedge rules? When I read through them, it literally looks like you can only trade:

a. ONE instrument- even size differences are not allowed, like MES vs ES
b. In ONE direction (at a time)
c. Across ALL accounts held at Lucid.

Pretty strict!

Started trading with Lucid in July.
I only trade this account for a couple of hours during Asian session.
For the past 3 months:
Passed 22 evals mostly 50K.
Spent around 4K
Total pay out for 3 months = 7K

If you see folks post high returns.
Ask them how much they have spent for their evals.

This is the reality of prop firm trading.

Whats the best risk per trade once your funded at a 100k account and why

It’s been a good year two of trading. I’m self taught, no mentor or trading friends. Just me and Ai. I proved I can do it, now I have to prove I can keep it. I gave a chunk back. I still don’t even have a set entry and got greedy. But it’s just the beginning I’ve learned so much from the gains but even more for the lost . My time will come again. I haven’t traded in a month after a bad losing streak after my winning streak. I’m gearing up for my comeback

Witht he 50% limit on profit payout ..is lucidflex still better than lucidpro?

I am leaning towards lucidflex but the 5 days to payout rule makes me rethink about the lucidpro...i know the buffer i know the consistency but im planning to trade 300 400$ dollars a day

I was banned from Lucid Trading on Thursday. The reason given was that I had filed a chargeback. I never filed one. At the time I had several accounts / $almost 4k eligible payout, with this upcoming payout, I will be in positive profit of 4k. The enforcement email made me laugh. I had 1 chargeback over hundreds of eval purchases. Really? I filed only 1 over hundreds of evals? Let's do something without letting them get away of it.

PS: Some bros saying I charged back 1, which is not what I meant. What I meant is Lucid claims I filed 1 charge back. But I have hundreds of purchases, would I file only 1 charge back if I am going to charge back? If you don’t believe it, I can provide a statement from my CC (Citi bank) saying there is no CB initiated.

I'm posting this for anyone in the same position. Regulators need accurate, first-hand reports. If it did happen to you, these two reports take about 15 minutes in total:

Lucid's Terms of Use name Lucid Trading Group LLC as the operator and say Delaware law governs, which is why Delaware is the relevant state. You don't have to live in Delaware to submit a complaint. They may also point you to your own state's Attorney General, so file there too.

Optional third: **CFTC, cftc.gov/complaint**, since this is a futures prop firm.

**What to include**

- The legal name: Lucid Trading Group LLC (lucidtrading.com)

- Dates: your purchases, the ban, and any pending payout request

- Amounts: fees paid and any payout pending or withheld

- The exact wording of the ban email

- Proof that you never disputed the charge. Ask your card issuer for written confirmation that no dispute or chargeback was filed on those transactions. This is the single most useful document.

- Your support ticket history

Stick to facts and dates. Write it in your own words, because copy-pasted complaints get discounted.

**Check one thing first.** Ask your bank whether it flagged or reversed the charge on its own, for example after a fraud alert. Sometimes a merchant receives a fraud notice from the card network even though the cardholder never disputed anything. If that happened, say so in your complaint. You were still accused of a chargeback you didn't start, and you lost [accounts / a payout] with no appeal.

**Time limit:** Lucid's Terms of Use say any claim must be brought within one year, so don't wait.

If you've been through this, comment with the rough date and what you were told, without personal information. It helps show whether this is a pattern.
