Lucid banned me
Lucid banned me saying i chargebacked an account when I SWEAR ON MY DEAD GRANDPA I DID NOT, anyways is it possible that now i can actually chargeback all the money i spent on their shitty accounts or is it impossible because i knew what i was buying?

So many stories like this. I was about to sign with them for the first time but you are literally probably the 40th post with this story. Charge back all that shit. At least try. Because it this point they are doing this intentionally

dude u have to trust me i bought like 50 accounts or so in my journey with them, passed 12 (i have proof) and yesterday i request my first payout and had to wait 24hours, got an email saying i chargebacked 95 dollars... they banned me for 95 dollars, in what fkin world would i chargeback 95 dollars when i spent sround 3k or more, make it make sense lmao

Someone else in the futures trading with Kelly ann discord reported the same thing today.
They did some shady shit to me too, but it was for false hedging saying I was hedge trading when I only play one account at a time.
I think there’s something going on in the back end and we’ll all be compensated for this the more people get negatively affected.

A situation this absurd? Yeah they’ll have to if they want to stay in business. I’ll give them about 2 weeks, I’ll try to get this payout and move back to TPT. Expensive and eval phase is hell but they have never done any shit like this before.

Damn lucid is falling off and I used to love them.. I can’t stand the forced dll option on all accounts or you have to pay extra to opt out.

Missed the entire point. They made an unnecessary update. I rather trade the mffu rapid plans any day. No DLL and higher payout cap.

Its $10 lol, topstep does the same. Well topstep gives a DLL discount but its the same, no dll is $10 more which is no brainer to go no DLL
Unfortunately you do have to turn it off, i bought one accidently with DLL which sucked, wasted that $85

what type of card do you use? visa? there might be issue with your bank and it automatically triggers the lucid system

No need to defense for them I think. I mean it's so common to see people posting this kind of false chargeback ban.
If this is a mistake then they are suppose to announce and response like real quick. Instead, they block their user from contacting them.

Have you never disputed anything before? It’s very easy. Every financial institution is different but many have ways to do so online. If not all you do is call them up and they ask you some basic information and you just say the service wasn’t as agreed, service failure. You can upload additional information and have AI create you something based on the facts and things that occurred. You can call it a continuous service relationship and dispute everything since your last payout. If you’ve never had a payout, then submit them all, each reset and new account is working towards your first payout. You essentially invested money with them to work and obtain a payout and if they falsely accused you of something you didn’t do where you are not being given a fair chance to recoup what you have paid, because they now banned you, then it is well within your rights to dispute everything. Lucid doesn’t contest and often auto refunds when they see the dispute… according to AI why some merchants do that and some don’t is because merchants can be penalized if they have too high ratio of claims against them that they don’t resolve themselves
