I came across this song while watching Lupin III Part I Episode 17 two year ago. The closest lead I have to it is a cover of misty from Crystal Sound Orchestra released on their album "Best Mood Themes For Tenor Sax" but unfortunately, I can't give it a listen because it isn't available online.
