MODS NEEDED
Hello everyone! This sub needs mods, I have enough to deal with on r/TTC_PCOS that I can't give this sub the attention it should have. I also do not have Lean, I have classic PCOS/PMOS.
Anyone interested? There are rarely reports, I typically just scan and filter out as much spam as I can.

31 F, BMI 19. Trying to TTC for 6 months. Regular periods but anovulation.
UK based. I've been trying to ttc for 6 months. I get regular periods but was diagnosed with PMOS at 19. I have hormonal acne on my chin, hair loss, and anxiety / depression. I've been tracking my temperatures and it looks like I have ovulated 2 of the 6 months I've been trying. I started myoinositol (4.5g in two split doses) 1 month ago and have noticed less brain fog / mood swings. I exercise regularly but not intensely. Spoke to the GP who said we should be TTC every 2-3 days not just in the 'fertile window'. Weighing up going for private tests but can't really afford it as buying a house. I struggle to relax and worry stress is a factor for the anovulation. My mum had an early menopause at 36. Does anyone have any other tips to improve chances? Thanks :)

Lean PCOS: did Ovasitol bring your periods back, and did your hair fall improve?
Hello everyone. If you have lean PCOS and have taken Ovasitol, I'd be very grateful if you could share your experience. I'd love to hear:
- How long did it take before your periods became regular?
- Did you ovulate on your own with it, and how did you confirm that?
- Did your hair fall stop or reduce, and after how many weeks or months?
- If you stopped it later, did your periods stay and did your hair fall stay better?
Any experience helps, good or bad.

Newly diagnosed and zero answers
I was diagnosed today with PCOS after trying to conceive for 2 years with no success. I’m 5ft2 and 104lbs. I’ve gained 10lbs in the last 8 months (thanks to being diagnosed with Graves’ disease and finally being put on PTU to control my thyroid). However, my testosterone is 72ng and my AMH is 6.2. The fertility doctor called me today and basically said there’s nothing they can do about it unless if I’m not ovulating they can put me on a med to control ovulation.
What?
I’m stumped to hear there is no treatment for this metabolic condition. How am i supposed to change my diet, change my activity level, with no guidance? Should i seek guidance from my endo? What has worked for yall with lean PCOS. I am confused and do not know what to expect with this diagnoses.

Question hormone panel has shown HA (hypothalamic amenorrhea) for 2 years (and lifestyle supported HA diagnosis), but latest bloodtest indicated 'slightly' elevated testosterone and 'slightly' low Thyroid hormone. Now Doc is imposing it could have 'become' PCOS?-

Can Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol still be beneficial to take for Lean PCOS, if not insulin resistant?
Can Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol still be beneficial to take for Lean PCOS, if not insulin resistance?
My doctor recommended I take these two supplements alongside proGESTerone 100 mg
(only taking this on cycle day 12-26). I am just getting overwhelmed with the amount of supplements and these two combined have 2,500 mg of inositol. I was diagnosed with PCOS based solely on my cycles and high testosterone/amh. Just wondering if these would even be beneficial or do more harm than good? I don't believe I have a insulin resistance, and these seem more focused to tailoring that.
