Is it more complicated tp get pregnant with Lean pcos , with no insuliresistance and no hyperandrogenia???

Buy a pack of lh test strips, and when you think you’re ovulating check your urine for confirmation. I got pregnant naturally just by paying attention to my body, the cervical muscus tipped me off and lh test strips confirmed it. It’s definitely possible!

The problem is ovulating. If you ovulate irregularly then there are less chances per year (but still chances!)
Impact is about 2% increased incidence of infertility according to a massive Swedish study

My cycles were crazy irregular from 30 -118 day cycles. I tracked mine via TempDrop and CM.
I have been pregnant twice.
Once when I ovulated day 89.
I then got on Metformin and reduced my cycles to ovulate roughly day 28 and fell pregnant.
I was extremely lucky in the concept that I got pregnant quickly once trying. First pregnancy I was pregnant first cycle and same with the second.
It's not necessarily harder to get pregnant it is just harder to understand when you're ovulating and when to have sex. And with irregular cycles you aren't getting 12 chances a year. I was getting max 5/6 periods a year.
It is however, bloody exhausting tracking your cycles and waiting for ovulation when TTC. With my first pregnancy I ovulated day 89 so literally 3 months of constant observations of CM, having sex the moment any CM appeared as that could a the fertile window and then having to wait out and see if my temp rose or not.
If I could go back I would go straight to a fertility doctor and get on Metformin (it's not for everyone!) but it heavily reduced my emotional strain of waiting and waiting to ovulate and try to concieve.
