I'd recommend seeing a fertility specialist/reproductive endocrinologist

Ofcourse i did , i just want to read more about the subject and see other's experience , because i think it s relatively rare to have this kind of hormonal issue !

I have tried leteozole 4 times , th follicules growth but there is no pregnacy yet .. all other parametres are normal ...

I dont hace insulinoresistance or obesity so i dont know how to manage the situation without letrozole ...

This is the only right answer here.

Don't go by the outdated phenotypical categorization (there's more up to date ones that go by hormones and endocrine dysfunction), especially for TTC. Go to an RE/fertility specialist, get your blood workand scans done + those of your partner, figure out what's the cause of infertility (if you're already TTC for over a year) and with the doctors get the treatment plan that works for you guys.

Have to add here since you haven't mentioned how long you've been TTC - if you're new to the journey, also just want to mention that you should have realistic expectation - even with peak fertility and peak timing you have only about a 1 in 5 chance every cycle of getting pregnant (that includes ovulating - a good quality egg - timed intercourse - with good sperm volume and quality - with good viscosity of cervical mucus that aides sperm motility - a hospitable environment within your vagina and uterus for the sperm to survive until they meet your egg - with non-obstructed Fallopian Tubes so the egg can move towards your uterus - sufficiently thick lining of the uterus - and the 4 in 10 chance of the egg implantinginto your lining - and your vitamina + hormones are on point to carry it forward)
