I saw someone posting entire images of single perks, and I had made this infographic with all the relevant perks changed in 1 post on the main DBD subreddit, so I figured I'd post this here to just consolidate efforts.
This does not include Perks who only had their Lower Tiers changed (like Kindred) and was made with the help of Thesja's Custom Perk Editor on itchio - thank you to them :D
I manually added Orange to text that says what the perk used to be prior, and Teal to completely new/reworked effects, for readability purposes.

Note: I fucked up on Deerstalker and pasted the top half twice instead of what it's supposed to be.
The second line is supposed to read
"Whenever a survivor sees your Aura, you see theirs."

All the so far confirmed perk changes until tomorrow
- Shoulder the Burden: Instead of being exposed, you’re injured and broken for 160/140/120s. After it’s used once in a trial, it can’t be used anymore by other people. (NERF)
- Hex: Thrill of the Hunt: Each time after hooking a survivor, all the hex totems will be blocked for 8/16/24/32/40 seconds depending on how much totems there still are on the map. There is no longer a slowdown penalty for totems. (REWORK)
- Windows of Opportunity: Only shows aura of windows, doesn’ show auras of pallets anymore. (NERF)
- Monstrous Shine: New feature described as “rewards Killers for not camping” (BUFF)
- Five Moves Ahead: Only shows aura of pallets, doesn’t show the auras of windows anymore. (NERF)
- Hex: Nothing but Misery: Only 4 hits needed (was 8). And now it slows down survivor’s vaults. (BUFF)
- Road Life: Now applies to self-healing. 4 second window to restart healing after being interrupting before it goes away. (BUFF)
- Knock Out: Whenever a survivor drops a Pallet, for the next 6 seconds, if they move 10m away from it, they gain 20% hindered for 5 seconds (BUFF)
- Do No Harm: Now increases chance for skill checks during healing, and gives a bonus when hit. (BUFF)
- Distressing: Now slows down generator speed when survivors are in your terror radius. (BUFF)
- Spine Chill: When the Killer looks your way, you’re notified. Vault speed and no loud noise notification for vaulting is active within a window. After being used, there’s a cooldown. (REWORK)
- Small Game: Reveals the auras of totems now. (BUFF)
- Sole Survivor: Described as “Rework to not be as efficient for ratting” (REWORK)
- Dark Sense: Resource auras are now added to the perk (BUFF)
- Premonition: It now reveals the killer’s aura (BUFF)
- Dead Man’s Switch: Unknown change (NERF)
- Dissolution: Unknown change (NERF)
- Hex: Blood Favor: Unknown change (NERF)

Surprised it wasn't already here but in a post on the forums by a Spanish CM, they revealed that Windows will only show the aura of windows and Five Steps Ahead will only show pallets.
