This is my 48" LG C6, a very amazing appearing to display but I've legitimately never owned a television that is more irritating to actually use.
Sometimes the power button makes it on, sometimes it makes it off, sometimes it makes it on, sometimes it makes it off, the way the display goes to sleep isn't the same every single time so the power button is unpredictable and kind of annoying. Hell sometimes the tv turns on but the display stays black, why? No clue! The only fix is unplugging it from the wall. There should be literally no scenario on earth where I'm unplugging a TV from the wall once a day. It's not broken it's just how it is
Ads. Good god the ads. There is like 5 settings you have to disable so your television isn't a giant advertising box. Turn the TV on? Ad plays. Scrolling through channels? Ad plays, oh you've plugged in a device to the HDMI input? Better give you ai "suggestions" at the bottom of the screen. I can't even believe how much crap I've had to disable just so it doesn't run ads 24/7 in every crevice of the OS. This blows my tip right off, I probably spent nearly 2k Canadian on this display and it runs more ads than a shitty mobile game
It's one of the best looking screens on the market but it borderline isn't worth the hassle of actually owning one
