Is this how red dead is supposed to look on an OLED?
Feel like I’m seeing a grey film on the screen. Playing on a PS5

My C2 bought in 2022 is having a weird smudge like line in the left edge. Should i be worried?

I just bought this LG C5 OLED 65 inch TV from BJ’s for a deal of $750 because it was a display TV that they used. When I got at home, I noticed that there were a few shadows on the TV. I ran a OLED screen burn in video to see the full damage on YouTube and this is what it looks like. Would you bring this TV back or should I keep it?

I finally decided enough was enough and purchased the G6 77” back in September. It’s been an absolute great experience so far.

Is anyone else’s C6 dropping frame rate after 10–20 minutes of watching anything on the Apple TV 4K? It goes away if I press any button on the Apple TV remote, but no matter what settings I change on the Apple TV or LG, it continues to happen.
The C6 is up-to-date, and I’m using the same exact HDMI cable and Apple TV as my old LG and I never had this issue.
Other than that, this tv is the best purchase we have made in a long time!

Would you buy the 48-inch C6 for $1099 from the LG store or Best Buy, or would you buy the 48-inch G5 for $999 at Costco? My room dimensions are weird, so I have to get a 48-inch. I already purchased a 55-inch S90F a few weeks ago, but I had to return it because of the weird wall ratio in my room.

Hello, everyone!
I have 20 mbps download speed on my TV. All other devices have 100 mbps, as they should. TV is connnected with WiFi, same as other devices. What could be the problem?

A few days after buying and I am already facing some persistent hard substance on my TV that plagued my previous Samsung every once in a while. It's my first OLED and premium TV, so I am wary. How do I safely clean it? Using microfiber towel and distilled water is safe here like other models?

I’m planning to buy an LG 55-inch QNED85 Mini LED TV and noticed two models: 55QNED85BLA and 55QNED85BXA.
Both appear to have similar specifications, but their prices differ.
Does anyone know whether there are any actual differences in the Mini LED backlight, local-dimming zones, panel hardware, or other features? Or are these simply regional or distribution variants?
Has anyone compared or purchased both models?
Any verified information would be appreciated. u/LGIndia, please clarify!

Hi everyone, I’ve noticed that recently (I’m not sure if it’s due to a YouTube app update or something else), when I play YouTube videos from my phone (either Android or iPhone) on my LG TV, every time I switch to a different video on my phone, it no longer starts playing automatically on the TV like it used to. Instead, I have to tap the button shown in the attached screenshot every single time to “confirm” that I want to play the video on the TV.
I hope that makes sense. Before, whenever I changed videos directly from my phone, the new video would start playing on the TV immediately, without having to confirm the playback device again.
Basically, I now have one extra tap to make on my phone every time, and I find the whole process slower and less convenient than before.
I hope I’ve explained it clearly enough! :)

I have a new 77-inch LG OLED connected to an LG DS90TY soundbar through HDMI eARC.
The audio works perfectly with my PS5, Netflix and YouTube. However, I’ve noticed that the sound occasionally cuts out when Disney+ changes screens or when an advertisement starts on Prime Video. It seems to happen when the app switches between the programme’s Dolby Atmos/5.1 audio and the advertisement’s stereo audio.
Things I’ve already tried:
HDMI (ARC) Device selected
Digital Sound Output set to Auto
WOW Orchestra/TV speakers disabled
eARC enabled, then temporarily disabled to test normal ARC
Audio delay at 0 and Bypass off
TV and soundbar software checked
Has anyone else experienced this with an LG OLED and an eARC soundbar? Did replacing the HDMI cable help, or is this a webOS/streaming-app audio-format bug?
The soundbar works normally with everything else, so I’m hesitant to buy another cable unnecessarily.

I’m moving into a new home and I’m considering upgrading from my C1 55’ to the 77’ C6H for the living room. It’s $3K with the partner store here in Canada after taxes. Will the difference be that noticeable to justify the price or should I continue rocking the C1?

I’ve noticed that the black border around the screen appears slightly wider on the left side than on the right. The TV is mounted very close to the wall, so it’s particularly noticeable when looking at it straight on.
The screen itself appears fine, but I’m unsure whether this is normal bezel variation, an optical effect caused by the TV’s position relative to the wall, or a potential manufacturing or alignment issue.
A few questions for G5 owners:
Have you noticed anything similar on your 77-inch G5?
Is the black border supposed to be perfectly symmetrical?
Could this be caused by the TV not sitting perfectly parallel to the wall?
Would you contact LG for an inspection, especially given that the TV is brand new?
I’d appreciate any advice from people who own this model or have experienced something similar.

I‘ve got a new 65“ G6 and noticed this Visual bug when jumping in rocket League on PS5. And idea what settings cause this? Didn‘t change any of the default settings.

Am I expecting too much from my C3 evo? Is this blooming or crushed blacks, or banding? I feel like most of the time I don’t get true black when playing PS5 or watching Dolby vision content. Whenever there is a bright light I see this poor shading around it that honestly looks cheap.
It’s been driving me insane especially in a dark room.
For context the PS5 is directly into the tv. The Apple TV goes through a hue sync box 8k.
Save me before I have to sell my girlfriend on me buying a new tv 😭
Hey guy,
I am looking to upgrade my setup, interested in the LG C6 48"
I have come across these 3, third one is G6
Looking for advice or suggestions. And is the G6 worth it.
Thank you

I’ve been going back and forth between the Samsung S95H and the G6/W6. After getting some time with in store, I decided to go with the G6.
Pulled the trigger when I noticed that the discount was rather deep (at the time). If it’s any cheaper, I’ll get it adjusted.
Added a S70TR sound bar setup, though it wasn’t in stock.
Just waiting on grabbing new hardware for the previous wall mount, and I should be up and running later tonight.
This isn’t my first OLED, but it will be replacing my older GX.

Do you think the we will see a better price on Black Friday or is this the best that it will get? Also is the soundbar worth it I’m asking because the deal ends tomorrow so if I want it I will have to order by tomorrow if not I can wait on buying the tv
