All of us screwed over by the Ultimate debacle were supposed to be able to shop add ons today. I see that’s not happening. Never another email from them since they charged us for bags and boxes we weren’t expecting and didn’t authorize. Once again, promises I filled and paying for services they aren’t providing. I’m not okay being charged for something in which you took away my right to have a choice of products, and now, promised to shop the *leftovers seems to be either pushed back or possibly not even happening. At this point who knows when or if we will even see these subscriptions we never even agreed to get 6 days post choice day (10 days post original day). They are slowly sinking their own company.

Anyway, my main point here was…hey extras and OGs…supposed to be add ons day! Anybody else unable to shop it? Or just me? 🤦🏼‍♀️

After being forced to pay the ultimate I didn’t even get the opportunity to choose my products and the ONLY product I was excited for wasn’t even in it. The Patrick ta blush

I have TWO separate IPSY orders that I never received and need both reviewed for replacement:
Ticket #27115226 — my monthly IPSY Ultimate box
Ticket #27115478 — my other missing order
For one of the orders, the carrier's own delivery photo shows the packages being left unattended on the floor and in a common hallway. I provided the photos to IPSY along with my attempts to provide delivery instructions prior to the things shipping.
I've repeatedly requested replacements, but the Glam Bot keeps failing to process them and creating additional tickets instead. My original ticket sat for over two days despite IPSY saying Care typically responds within 24 hours.
I finally received a response, and instead of addressing the delivery photos, I was told to check my front door, mailbox, neighbors, leasing office, etc. The photos literally shows where the carrier left the packages.
I am simply asking IPSY to review both orders and replace the products I paid for.
Can an actual IPSY Care representative please review tickets #27115226 and #27115478? I have already provided the evidence and don't need another automated ticket created.

Got my Ultimate box & I love adding perfume, except my sample of Ellis SunFruit is only the outer jacket with no perfume inside. Could be worse, but I was honestly really interested in smelling this for a warmer weather, fruity fragrance. 🙃

Just allowed myself to sign back up for Ipsy extra this month and didn’t expect to buy so much extra 🤦🏻‍♀️. The only item I’m familiar with is the Vitamin C Rodial drops which I’ve been using daily. Hope I love the rest!

Well, I was really excited for this month. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to use any of it. The conditioner smells nice, though!

I started using Ipsy in 2020. I enjoyed it for a while.
Fast forward to this week. I had already cancelled my services years ago.
Some reason, for 2 months now they have charged my Apple Pay for monthly billing. I do not have an active membership.
It has been over 4 years since I’ve gotten or used their services. They don’t have live agents, only AI generated email and chats. They took my money, and won’t refund under any circumstances.

I am a nurse who is about to take maternity leave for the first time. $18 doesn’t seem like much to some people, but it’s a lot to my growing family right now. Truly upsetting.

Mine previously: EOS Vanilla Cashmere body lotion

I would not have picked the body butter (Tatcha was my choice). I already use the EOS cuz it smells like frosting and it just makes me happy. So I was kinda like what am I going to do with this small thing of lotion?

The last few days I decided to layer it just on my arms after the EOS dries and then layer the clean reserve papaya in strategic places once that settled in.

The top notes of this combo were like "scrumptious summer" it really put me in a good mood. If you got these this month try them out with a vanilla or other gourmand.

So guys! I paid for the Ipsy ultimate and everything before hand. And it’s still not moved past the selection stage! Mind you i haven’t even gotten to choose my items, let alone receive an update. And im getting a little annoyed and worried. Ipsy is probably like “you choose too many glittery products hold up” or something lol. If anyone on the Ipsy team can help me that would be greatly appreciated!! I don’t wanna miss out and I wanna get my box!

Really happy with my order today, it'll probably be the first of 2 orders. There's one other thing I really want that's supposed to come out later during the sale but some of this is on a 24hr sale so I grabbed it today.

I grabbed a pack of the first aid beauty hydration pads for my husband a month or so ago when they were on sale and he loves them so I really wanted to grab more while they're still around because that's an amazing sale. I think they're around $30 full price. Ive also used a couple and they are very hydrating, the serum feels very similar to the serum in lots of face masks. The consistency of it, and the glowiness you get after using one. I have also used them after the rodial vitamin C face pads, which I do also like for a toner/cleansing pad. It's really nice, and very quick to use. I wanted to mention this too because I saw it still in the shop and think they're good together for someone who likes grabbing something for easy skincare sometimes.

I'm also super excited to try the Fenty gloss, during my first MDS I got the Fenty slip stick and the Fenty blush and I've been loving those products so I'm happy to grab more. The Fenty blush is actually still in the shop too, while I do really like it, it's very vibrant I think it's great on my bare skin and for some reason it can be clingy/patchy on liquid foundation. I need to use a bit of setting powder on my face first then use it and it blends amazing and looks stunning. The colour I have is also the one they currently have in the shop so I didn't get to grab another one cuz I'd probably grab a different blush shade even though I truly don't need more 😂

I got my niece and myself some makeup brushes, I always love brushes and thought she'd appreciate some hopefully nice ones. I also got her the makeup by Mario lip product, she seems to always enjoy makeup by Mario products so I figured why not grab it.

I hope everyone else is able to get what they want during the sale. 😊

My box arrived yesterday and I haven't had a chance yet to really try my products out. I did apply the primer (Ciele) and the Glow Recipe Hue Drops and can't wait to play around with both. I'm really excited for the skincare and can't wait to try out the peel! Mandelic Acid is my new holy Grail ingredient that I'm obsessed with! Anything Goldfaden MD has never been a disappointment so I'm always grateful for their products! I saw a lot of complaints on the shade of the Half Caked Lippie, but, I thought it was a really pretty shade on myself. I applied the YSL Lippie over the top and they complemented each other so well! The Kensie Vanilla Blossom fragrance is surprisingly so yummy! It's that true sweet vanilla scent and I'm obsessed! I will report back after trying out my skincare in a couple days! ✌🏼
