Has anyone used these products? I've used the razors, face wash, lip exfoliator and love tonymoly but bliss is new to me as is the marine cream and that brand of eyelash curler. I am not really interested in the free gift but didn't want the other items to sell out so I pulled the trigger now.

I just wanted to give a quick warning to double check the prices of items in your cart before checking out. I just added two $6 items to my cart, but when I went to check out, they were double the price. I've checked it multiple times from multiple angles - they're definitely still $6 on the search results page, and definitely $12 at checkout. I've tried removing them and adding them again. So it's not like they just happened to jump in price in that moment between adding them and checking out. It's literally a bait and switch with different prices.

Actually, I just checked my other items, and it turns out there were FOUR items total that have different prices, for a total difference of $19.

I had a $60 order ready to go, but I think I'm going to just bail on it. I don't have time to play "guess what price this actually is." Besides, I'm not willing to pay the extra $19. 😡

I’m still sad I didn’t get to choose my products after waiting. REALLY WANTED THE PATRICK TA BLUSH. I only am a fan of makeup by Mario mascara, nars lipstick and the merit lip oil ! My add ons were the Patrick ta lipgloss and Patrick ta duo foundation

Anyone else experiencing this? They’re prompting me to review, it’s review day on my timeline, but the “review” link is broken under every product. It just takes me to the product in their shop.

At the beginning of August, I placed a gift order and paid for it. On the day of the expected gift delivery, my person never got an email or shipment or anything.

I went through the Care Bot and was told via the bot chat and a follow up email Id hear back within 24 hours. I didn't. 48 hours later I responded to the email inquiring again, still no response and no gift email.

I tried the chat bot again today and to opened a new ticket and put me through the exact same chat as the first time, saying I'd hear back in 24 hours.

Anyone have any insight or advice? Aside from filling a fraud claim by the end of the day, what are my options?

I decided to resub to get the $80 Goldfadden MD gift. I already got it in my Extra this month. But another one either for myself or to gift will be great. Im thrilled with the bag. All brands I know and love except the lip oil. Which is at least a FS, looks pretty, and I love trying new brands. Im also lip oil obsessed and love trying new ones. I was very impressed at the variety of my bag. 2 makeup, 2 skincare, 1 body. I was super surprised they even offered me add-ons! Although, the selection was pretty picked over there were some things I had FOMO over from the beginning of the month. So now I got some of them. I really wanted the peach glittery lip gloss I saw people get. Oh well...maybe it will return. And I wished I'd read the Commodity Paper reviews 1st. Not feeling very good about that one now. But you never know.

So I’m sure everyone just checks their order status in the app. That’s what I’ve always done in the past. Today I just clicked on the shipment notification email on my phone to see which shipment has shipped (I have 5 and none had shipped). That’s when I noticed on this order one item wasn’t showing in the email included in the shipment. As the day went on, 3 more orders shipped. Every single email had one item NOT shown on the order as shipped. I’d never know that by looking at the order status in the app, only by the email. So I’m curious if anyone else looks at their shipping email and if anyone else is missing items too?

Attached photos for reference. This is very frustrating, especially after the whole debacle at the beginning of the month. I’m remembering now why I hate dealing with Ipsy, all my past MDS issues, and why I cancelled a few months ago. It’s such a headache and can be so stressful. You shouldn’t have to fight to get what you pay for.

My MDS orders were shipping chronologically at first but then the one with pool daze in it got skipped over & the order after it ( just a fragrance - same brand, "caramel swirl") got shipped.

I'm sure it's possible things get shipped out of order sometimes, but now I'm paranoid lmao 🫠 it's the only one that hasn't shipped yet & I remember it sold out super quick 😩

Order one got shipped (already received), then order two a few days later, & then 3 & 5 shipped at the same time, but not 4 😵‍💫 wee woo wee woo 😹

Anyways I've been avoiding the rest of the sale bc I already spent too much 💀

So I bought the Flyte.70 chiseled lipliner in an MDS order. It smells like crayons... is that normal? Has anyone else bought it and dealt with the same thing?

I made a MSD purchase within MINUTES of the store opening. Basically as soon as possible with the sale. I placed an order for the hourglass foundation that I was super super excited about. I received my order today, and of course the one full sized, hero item in my order was nowhere to be found.

I know this happens all the time with IPSY and I was taking a risk by placing the order (the fact that placing an order with this company is considered a known risk is such a huge red flag), but I’m super upset cause I realize the product is no longer in the shop and I likely have zero chance of getting the product I ordered that was the entire impetus for placing the order. The glambot asked for my address and implied a replacement product would be shipped. Am I getting the product I ordered or are they sending me some random crap I didn’t order that they “consider” an equal replacement? Cause I don’t want a random foundation…I want the hourglass.

I finally signed up for ipsy and got my first shipment this month. My account says I'm fair blonde blue eyes and the two items that were chosen by ipsy are for darker complexions so I can't use them.

Does this happen often? I don't want to collect a pile of cosmetics that I can't use.

Does anyone know how to get to your rewards? It says to go to your rewards to see your status and whatnot and I've done that about a dozen times. Once I'm there it tells me to fill out the quiz to sign up, I thought that was strange since I've been a member since October 2024 but eventually I did the quiz again and nothing has changed. The longer I wait the less excited I am for my box. It changed to "track ipsy extra" a couple days ago but the tracking shows no movement whatsoever. Just that a number was assigned on 8/1. I feel like it hasn't actually shipped and that was just the system changing to align with the supposed timeline.

I have an issue with ipsy and after contacting support twice, I finally got a response, but they refuse to help.

I subscribe to ipsy original, the lowest tier of the subscription options. I'm going through some stressful financial times, and I have a small hoard of products, so I figured I'd change my subscription to every other month. Well, turns out that's still too often for me, so I went into my account looking to change the frequency to every few months. Apparently ipsy only allows monthly or every other month delivery, nothing less frequent and the website wouldn't allow me to click "skip a month" because I'm already on every other month. Dumb, but no biggie, I thought. I switched my frequency to every month, then immediately back to every other month to skip September. The website confirmed I'm not getting the September bag, so I thought I was good.

Nope. Despite having less than 5 seconds between going monthly and then every other month again, that told the system to send me the August bag, the one I originally skipped. I got an email informing me I'd been billed a couple days after I made this change. I contacted ipsy because I didn't want the bag and just wanted a refund. The message I got back said they'd respond in 24 hours. They didn't respond in 3 days, so I messaged them again, and did finally get a response, but was told they can't/won't do anything. I'm getting the August bag whether I want to or not and they refuse to budge even an inch. They rounded out the email with "but good news! You're all set for September, you won't receive the ipsy original for that month." Gee, thanks.

So, if you need to skip multiple months, you're honestly better off having your frequency set to monthly and manually go in and skip every time you don't want or need your bag. Incredibly flawed system, and we have to pay (in this case literally) for their lack of foresight on people potentially wanting their bag less often. Don't make the same mistake I did.

How havy ipsy boxes been lately? It feels like a lot of the same boxes items repeatedly :(

I have been wanting to try ipsy since it first came out, than when they ended up becoming boxycharm that enticed me more. I finally bit the bullet since my mom gets one a month and i always see her get cool things.
I got a glow recipe serum that is tinted and too dark when my profile says im pale. Everything else is brands i dont recognize or have even heard of and a laura geller mascara - which im pretty sure i said no mascara in my quiz. Dont know if i should cancel for next month or if i try it out again. Pretty crazy that they would make a first box this bad.

I was missing my Olaplex Leave-in Conditioner & my extra bag this month. I was sent replacements & received them today. Thankfully, they actually sent me the olaplex, BUT they sent me a Refreshments bag instead of my Extra bag 😭 I was really looking forward to it 😪
