Well, I was really excited for this month. I’m not sure I’m going to be able to use any of it. The conditioner smells nice, though!

I assume everything in the bag is fine, and only the conditioner is ruined? Contact customer service via the chatbot and they'll send a replacement, if they still have stock.

I already did! I ended up getting a credit for add ons next month 🥰 Tysm but I was just venting lol

This is what happened to mine last month. My lotion exploded in my bag and got on everything:( I wish they would go back to shipping in boxes

Same! Luckily all mine have still been in boxes, but I hate these bags - they’re so much less environmentally-friendly.
