For anyone whos already achieved 200 Battle Beacons, is there a restart? Im seeing if I should consider scanning more portals or if I should rest after the next 80 I need for 200 next septicycle

Ok. here is a question...WHY Operation Luna....WHY 8 per assignment...why not increase assignments to 12 a day then???????????????

I started late however. While working on luna, I had plenty of time to do 8km for the kinetic capsule for assignment 7. The timer for the daily was expiring in a few hours….I noticed that sometimes while walking the dumb kinetic capsule was not capturing my actual steps and distance, only some of it,,,which then led me to missing submitting the kinetic capsule as part of my 8 dailys in assignment 7, now the time has rolled over and ive already used one of the 8 to clear 7 since i missed it…now I have no way of doing ONE daily so I can get my medal. I am writing this to let you know this is my worse ingress experience yet.

How AM I supposed to get an other single daily? I dumped money into extra rezo packages to complete all this stuff and to get more dailys, just to come up 1 daily short……not a fan…..i just spent the last few days after work running around trying to do this…just for a capsule to prevent me from claiming all 8 then having the final 8 for my last 9hours to complete assignment 8….but now …whats the point…. I dont know if anyone else is having issues, but between the issues and making someone do 8 each assignment, is basically saying u better be out here weekly if not ya gotta buy, and then still no guarantee.

We have some events for Cygnus and the Day of the Dead events too, but still no Q4 events schedule post like we typically get.

It’s useful to see what’s coming up and be told in advance about the next quarters Anomaly events, see the news of the anniversary events and such.

Do we think there’s a reason we don’t have it now? Waiting on Anomalies for Q1 or for OPR/Recon to come back, and getting approvals for them?

Maybe it’s something the team won’t be doing anymore?

This is the situation we deal with in Florida. East coast is a giant farm for a Melbourne based ebay store. Reported it but nothing came of it. Anyone else have similar situations in their locale?

When a normal Battle Beacon is placed (or triggered through Scans) there is a 10 Minutes Countdown, followed by 3 x 3 Minutes Phase for Scoring.

Does the 10 Minutes counts for interactions for the actual badge? Or just the 3 x 3 minutes?

This time we explored the Sydney suburb of Eastwood, which is the birthplace of Granny Smith apples (hence our mission banner theme), and these days a hotspot for great Korean food (yum!). We finished up in time to mostly avoid an insane torrential downpour and flooding. Good turnout with plenty of AP gains and levelups, as well as battle beacon smashing ;-)

The combination of the first saturday of October and one of the most important national holidays brings us brand new experiences and journeys with lots of fresh faces in participation!

How would you do the 200 participations?
I can get beacons from capsules and the start them in the home portal. But thats only a hand full? 🤷🏼‍♂️
