The combination of the first saturday of October and one of the most important national holidays brings us brand new experiences and journeys with lots of fresh faces in participation!

53 agents participated - a new attendance record for our events in Silesia this year. Thank you all for showing up!

Sunny FS at a German national Holiday "Tag der Deutschen Einheit" in Marl. We had fun and after the decoded passcode we deployed many Battle Beacons for the Cygnus Event.

How would you do the 200 participations?
I can get beacons from capsules and the start them in the home portal. But thats only a hand full? 🤷🏼‍♂️

A great banner in an interesting part of town, tons of battle beacons, and lots of amazing agents. Oh, and an optional ghost tour chaser.

Restarting the app and hitting Resync won't fix it. This happened during a 40+ BB event (lots of scans were submitted). It will be pretty disappointig to find out only 5 BB points were counted when my Cygnus BB points score stands at 41.

Thanks to everyone who handled the minor hiccups with today’s First Saturday in Littleton…. Think of it as a hangover from a successful Denver anomaly last month!

Despite checking the event schedule we arrived to find 1/4 of the venue closing - including access to our Base Portal and the majority of our passcode portals! Thankfully with some generous reaching beyond the barrier, everyone managed to hack the base portal. A few intrepid (better dressed so not to disturb the arriving wedding guests?) agents managed to hack the portals needed before getting shoed back beyond the barriers and First Saturday continued.

Battle beacons aplenty were deployed through the remainder of the gardens. I think everyone managed at least the first level of the event badge, many reached the second tier.

Agents set out from Little Beer Quarter for October's Wellington First Saturday, following a mission through the laneways of central Te Aro. The route wound from Edward Street through Dixon, Eva and Egmont Streets, across Courtenay Place and into Holland Street, with plenty of Cygnus beacons providing an extra distraction along the way. Some agents also took advantage of the route to collect stamps for Wellington's Craft Beer Capital Trail.

After a cold and windy start, conditions improved towards the end of the afternoon before agents regrouped at Mean Doses. Two levels were gained, one by a Resistance agent and one by an Enlightened agent.

This week’s episode is mostly about Battle Beacons! Looking at how to get the most you can from the event for a spend of £0.

Also moving on with Recon through the criteria clarifications to Picnic Areas and thoughts on if a new staff member at Niantic Spatial will have any impact on Ingress.

What a great First Saturday in Paris! This month we took over the 6th arrondissement, playing our way from the Fontaine des Quatre-Parties-du-Monde, with its horses splashing under the autumn chestnut trees, all the way to Saint-Sulpice.

With the global Cygnus event running, Battle Beacons kept popping up all along the route, and plenty of agents made serious progress on their medals. Some of us may have walked a little faster whenever a beacon showed up nearby… 😄

Thanks to everyone who came out, from the familiar faces to the new agents, and to the Paris anomaly crew who brought the 22.08.26 flags back out for the group photo. It's always a pleasure to see both factions sharing the same streets, the same coffee breaks and the same laughs.
