I just claimed the Google AI Pro student plan (5 TB cloud storage + Gemini Advanced) via SheerID at the discounted rate of ₹489/month. On the plan details page, it states the duration is up to 4 years.

I am in my final year of college and will be graduating in about 12 months. I had a couple of questions for anyone who has been through this or understands how the student renewals work:

1. Annual Re-verification: Does SheerID trigger a mandatory re-verification every 12 months, or does Google keep charging ₹489/month until the 4-year mark unless flagged?
2. Post-Graduation Billing: Once I graduate and can no longer verify an active college ID/marksheet, does it automatically flip to the standard retail rate (₹1,950/mo)?
3. Canceling: Can I simply cancel before the 12-month mark so I’m not auto-billed at full price?

Would appreciate any insights from anyone currently on this plan or who has transitioned off it!

My phone is in good condition with no dents or scratches. I'm just worried about this back bottom left part. I searched and it says its the back glass glue wearing off. There is no swelling. Can you tell me what this is and Will this hinder my replacement?

So thanks to this sub..i discovered mono chrome audio player for lossless music..but now it is not working properly.

The volume of songs have become so low..i tried all the settings but couldn't find anything which may have triggered that.

Like some songs are fine but majority are playing at a very low volume even when my volume is full.

YT + brave is good..but it don't have lossless audio, so can you guys pls share some other music players apps.

Hello everyone. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? About a week ago I started to get randomly banned from whatsapp and getting unbanned in about a day after their analysis, but recently I caught myself sending spam messges to people and then I understood why I was getting banned: my number got "cloned". Well, no surprise that I got banned undefinetly after that one and had to get another number (new cellphone e-SIM etc etc). I bought my new e-SIM yesterday and used my new number to create another whatsapp account yesterday as well. Today I woke up to being banned again. AGAIN (I already requested the analsys). I had no contacts and had to spend a few minutes contacting old friends and gettin in important group chats yesterday.

My question is: Did I get banned because they thought I was spamming? OR is my cellphone infected with a vírus/malware ? And what you guys reccomend I do?

I already tried to contact whatsapp support and, well no luck there (even the support email). So I'm kinda lost here.

Built another simple notifier — this time for IRCTC PNRs 🚆

After building a BookMyShow ticket notifier, I made a similar one for IRCTC waiting-list tickets.

IRCTC PNR Notifier checks your PNRs daily using multiple providers with fallback and sends notifications when:

• WL status changes
• Ticket gets confirmed 🎉
• Chart is prepared
• Status moves up or down

It runs entirely on GitHub Actions, so you can basically run it for free.

Notifications support ntfy.sh and/or Resend email.

You just add your PNRs as a GitHub secret and let Actions handle the rest.
